That’s God damn typical shawarma. The cheese one wasn’t warm enough and cheese stretchy and taste, just separate pieces. Good portion but that’s all.
The souse was okay, not too fatty.
We came on purpose. But there was no meat at all in the cafe. They told me to wait 1.5 hours or buy a vegetarian… Of course, we didn't wait. But the time has already been spent
We found this place in April 2024. and we were very happy about it! Because, firstly, Russian guys work, you can safely make an order in your own language; secondly, the staff is very friendly and polite; thirdly, this place was a couple of steps from our house and worked until 23:00, which could not but please! We started going there very often, sometimes even every day. At first, we really liked how they make shawarma there: it was very large, hearty, a lot of filling, delicious sauce, which, we asked, the guys make themselves. It was very tasty to add carrots in Korean! From time to time, it could slightly differ in taste: sometimes a little more spicy, sometimes a little more bland, because they also do it themselves, apparently. The meat was also made delicious: the chicken was fried, but not burned.
But somewhere towards the end of May, something happened, and we gradually stopped enjoying the food there.. As if the shawarma had become smaller externally, there was no longer this impressive log, then sometimes additional ingredients for different shawarma began to be confused if several were ordered at once. The selected additive was added to the wrong shawarma. Once they didn't put additives at all, and they come for a fee, but we already noticed this only at home and we didn't want to deal with such trifles. Sometimes the quality of the fried meat began to fail, in recent times there have been straight embers. I began to want to return to this place less and less, I was no longer happy with the price-quality-service ratio, it became somehow a little tasteless ...
The guys also have desserts on sale: carrot cake, which happens very rarely, Napoleon and honey cake. Of these three, we managed to snatch a honey cake and a Napoleon! These are delicious desserts, but instead of full-fledged cakes there is a tiny filling, between which there is a delicious cream. I really liked the desserts, they were fresh and good in sweetness. The honey cake was slightly sour, I like it, I ate with pleasure.
Unfortunately, I took off 2 stars because of the unsuccessful last shawarma and a slightly spoiled impression after a very successful first one. The place is definitely very popular, as the waiting time could sometimes be 30-40 minutes, or even more, but the guys who work immediately warn about it.
There is nothing to complain about in terms of the quality of the products, the bellies did not hurt :)
The only thing that was missing was hot drinks, such as coffee, cocoa or tea. There are only cold ciders and lemonades on sale.
You can also order this shawarma by courier from a local delivery service
I ordered an L Slanina BBQ shawarma...
As a result, I got a chicken shawarma with two pieces of bacon and a drop of barbecue sauce on the very bottom ...
A couple of months ago I took exactly the same and the filling consisted entirely of slanina and barbecue sauce
It seems that the shawarmist did not quite decide what he wanted to do in the end 🤷♂️
I tried everything they call shawarma in Belgrade. And here is the most successful option. Everything is fresh, juicy, there are no extra spices. No burning or dampness was detected.
The shawarma is delicious, I took it with a spicy carrot. The chicken was straight crispy, I like this in shawarma, but this is for an amateur.
Of the obvious disadvantages: 1) it turned out to go in the third time, there was always a very long waiting time. 2) there is nowhere to sit inside, there are a couple of tables outside, but we are not particularly comfortable sitting
A very decent shawarma by Belgrade standards! It seems that so far they have not made it tastier anywhere. The guys also have a couple of dry Spanish ciders and various beers.
On June 28, I ordered a shawarma with spicy carrots. And he got poisoned. Before that, I ordered it many times, it was ok. But one turn is enough to never again. It's great that Russian business is appearing in Belgrade, but not at the cost of health.
Frankly, the shawarma is not very tasty. It's big, yes. The chicken is cut too finely, there are a lot of extra ingredients in the shawarma (fresh cucumbers?), I did not like the sauce. Pita bread does not crunch. The room is very small, designed for delivery, it will be difficult to eat inside. Spicy shawarma is not spicy.
As a result, the marketers worked perfectly well, and in the final 😞
one of the most adequate shavuh of the city, but still slightly wrong. the balance of meat and vegetables is disrupted, there are not enough vegetables
Delicious shawarma, we warned the guys that we were taking it to friends in Istanbul, packed it in the best possible way, flew in its original magnificent form :)
The staff is excellent, the shawarma is ordinary, the sauce looks like yogurt tasteless, the cucumbers are fresh and soaked. Nothing special, we also waited a very long time. Waiting for a shawarma for an hour is too much. Although they said that you would come in 20-30 minutes.
Very tasty shavukha, cheese is just a dump of everything. Very friendly and courteous staff! 100/10
There is no place to eat inside, keep this in mind.
We ordered a classic and spicy one with carrots (it's hard to call it carrots in Korean, but nevertheless). Delicious shawarma. It's just a pity that there's nowhere to sit. And so a good level. Thanks!
Very tasty shawarma. Probably the only place in Belgrade where Korean carrots are put in shawarma. You have to be prepared that the waiting time can be up to 30 minutes.
We came to eat, we were told to take a technical break, we need to wait 40 minutes. They returned 50 minutes later, they said that something was still being prepared, they had to wait another 40 minutes. Apparently you can't eat here
