The food is very tasty, the assortment pleased us very much. Everything is always fresh and delicious. The room rate includes breakfast, a snack with desserts and dinner, as well as entrance to the largest spa complex in Europe. Swimming pools, thermal baths, summer water park, turtles, fish, snakes in the wild on the pond.

I liked the hotel, but the reception staff should be more friendly and learn the greeting in Russian. But the waiters in the restaurant are well done, nimble, ready to help, and learned good morning in Russian and thank you! The cleaning service works well, they are friendly, they fulfill requests immediately.

Great hotel. Friendly staff, convenient location, access to the pools and the water park in a bathrobe without changing clothes. The rooms are comfortable, everything is super.
