A beautiful, spacious, very stylish, equipped with all necessary equipment, designed specifically for the museum space, the modern complex was built with borrowed funds, but the state filled it with exhibits. They're always finding something in Egypt. There are many artifacts. There are few museums. And it was decided to build museums right in the big resorts. For various reasons, you may not go to Cairo or Alexandria, money, health, time, etc. And here the museum is coming to you. And yet, these are unique things. Unique. The Ptah discovered in Tutankhamun's tomb by Carter is especially good. The original is on display in the window, and the Oscar statuette, largely thanks to him, has this appearance. Earlier kingdom, Fayum portrait, Greece and Rome, Muslim and royal period. The amazing museum, instead of the 40 minutes planned, spent 2 hours and 40 minutes there.

The museum is small, but there is something to see. We arrived on our own, tickets can only be purchased by card. The ticket price is 350 pounds. We were lucky, a small group with a guide came with us and we joined him. With the guide's story, the tour was quite interesting, without a guide we would have gone through the expositions faster, it would have been unclear what we were considering. We recommend you to visit. It's inexpensive and there's a lot to see.

A modern museum, an exhibition from the storerooms of the Cairo Museum. Very interesting. But there is no audio guide, very poor attribution. Difficulties with buying tickets for Egyptian cash (either VISA, or a peasant "on parcels" who runs somewhere and buys tickets). You can take pictures, there are no people. I do not advise taking an excursion from the locals (after all, they speak Russian very poorly and know little), and Russian speakers do not conduct an excursion anywhere. But while vacationing in Hurghada, you need to stop by the museum.

An interesting place where unique Egyptian artifacts are collected, including Tutankhamun's treasures and real mummies. The scale of the exposition is so large that you can spend a whole day watching it. If you want to see the main exhibits, then 1.5-2 hours will be enough.

We went on our own, without excursions and a guide. 600 pounds for 2x. I'll tell you right away who was in the Cairo Museum, will feel the difference in terms of filling and size of the museum. But just with the child it was optimal. The museum is small, it was enough to see everything in 1 hour, there are signs in English, and most importantly, there were no crowds. In this regard, it was simply unbearable in Cairo. Statues, all sorts of figures, dishes, jewelry, coins, mummies and much more are also here.

The museum is not very interesting.since there is no description in Russian.and even the Work was deceived when buying a ticket.It's just great.to get there, you need a bank card and dollars are not suitable.in general, the employee paid with his card but charged us $3 for himself.It 's cool, it 's not critical, but it 's a complete mess .to pay either with a card or with their money.

A very interesting museum. But now the problem is that payment is only by card (credit cards), and Russian ones are not accepted. I had to wait for other visitors not from Russia and come in with them, but I gave them cash. The cost is 200 Egyptian pounds ($6). The exhibits are very interesting. There is peace and quiet in the museum. Opening hours are from 9 to 13.00 and after 17.00 to 23.00 every day. The visit was in July 2023.

I really liked the museum. There are a lot of exhibits, there is something to see, it is very informative. The mummies left an ambiguous impression, but they are very exciting. We were lucky that the museum was across the street from our hotel) . Admission is only for local money 200/person. I recommend it)

A nice little museum. In-house air conditioning. There are items from Tutankhamun's tomb. The guide bought our tickets on the spot, they were cheaper than on the website. We went in the morning at 10.30 there were no people at all.
