Everything is in harmony with nature. Awesome routes to the lakes and the river. A package of mushrooms was collected along the route. The forest is mixed, swampy in places. The farm is made in the old-fashioned way, a lot of entertainment, a swimming area, a barbecue. The space is large.

A stylized atmospheric place in an eco-style.
The owner moved here from a big city, constantly finishing and improving something with his own hands.
Sturdy wooden houses stand on the shore of a small pond, beautifully illuminated with garlands at night.
The house has a large living room with a kitchen, bedrooms with homemade bunk beds, a chic balcony with hammocks. Wooden furniture, chests, and antiques bring a special flavor.
There is a playground for children, a sauna, a swing and a rock garden on site. Everything is done with love by the hand of a caring owner who loves his job with all his soul.
There is amazing nature all around, a gorgeous mixed forest. An ecotrope 3 km long, along which the owner Alexander conducts an excursion for those who wish for an additional fee, where he talks about the nature of these places and about the animals living here.
This farm is suitable for lovers of a quiet relaxing holiday in the wilderness, far from civilization.

We stayed for one night with a large group. The price/quality ratio is not clear. A trampoline without a fence on the edge of a ravine - I saw it for the first time. If the price is not surprising, then for one night the passage is normal - there is a forest and silence all around.

The manor itself is magnificent! But the owner, Alexander, although he says that Mosquitoes are never a business, but the happiness that he shares with others is still being robbed! We accommodated a company of 13 people, each guest had to pay $ 50 for two nights of stay. Our family (two adults and a young child) stayed for one day, and we paid $25 per adult for ourselves. Alexander immediately got his bearings and said to pay another $ 10, because his tariff for one day is higher. In principle, this is logical, we immediately made an additional payment.
Arriving on Friday evening, we spent the whole Saturday on the lakes and returned to the farm only at 17 o'clock. We ordered a sauna, paid extra, had dinner with the whole company, and at 22 o'clock our family left. The next day, when handing over the estate, Alexander demanded another $ 15 for my husband and me, allegedly for late eviction on Saturday. He didn't even try to discuss this issue with us, he just took off the surcharge and that's it. In total, we paid $ 50 each, spending the night, in fact, the same amount as those who lived for two days.
Of course, I called Alexander, but the argument that even if we were on the farm after 12 p.m. on Saturday, we received additional services (a bathhouse) for an additional fee had no effect. Analogy: after checking out of the hotel room, handing over your belongings to the luggage room, you can stay in the lobby as long as you want and use the services of the restaurant, spa for money.
Alexander's argument: in the evening after the bath, we sat in the gazebo at the table with the rest of the company and had dinner. It turns out that this opportunity cost us $ 15 per person :)
Please note that Alexander calls prices exclusively in dollars! :) Only the sauna and riding on homemade rides have a ruble price list :) By the way, bungee is not very safe: a girl from the company ran into a tree during the descent, injured her leg and spent the whole weekend at the manor :(
Not only us, our whole company joked about Alexander: "How much will it cost?", because any request to him - and the price of the question was immediately called. At the same time, such a basic thing as toilet paper had to be asked more than once or even twice - he really limited the consumption of this resource :)
In general, Alexander declares how he gives everything, everything for people, guests, so that everyone is happy, but he strives to snatch money with all his might. Such is the discrepancy :)

It's an amazing place. We had a rest in August/September last year. Unforgettable. Silence, peace, nature. In general, in my opinion, the ideal place for an effective reboot.

The conditions in Komarishki are excellent and in general, the stay at the farm was wonderful - everything was very thoughtful and comfortable. But there is one thing - the owners start to get very nervous if you suddenly manage to delay your departure. If you go, remember - at 12 o'clock you will have to vacate the room and preferably be away. Otherwise, you can grab reproaches that you do not want to listen to at all, resting for your money.
