The hotel is located on the shore - the Promenade des Anglais. The entrance group is very beautiful, but the rooms leave much to be desired. In previously visited hotels of this chain, the rooms were much higher in terms of interior design. Service for 4. There is Parking, a beach area for hotel guests across the street. The view from the window is amazing, the location is quite convenient, the casino is next door (10 m).

The price does not justify itself. The rooms are worn out, there is no luxury.
It is better to stay in another 5* hotel on the waterfront nearby.
The main advantage is the view at breakfast.
The pool is sad to watch…
The staff is polite, a set of hygiene products at the 3* hotel level.

The hotel is dilapidated. We have been using it for many years as a transit station for one or two nights due to its convenient location on the first line between the seaport and the airport. Nearby there is a pedestrian zone and a favorite fish restaurant. And all this time - in a downward direction. The luxury room with a living room and a terrace has no minibar, old well-used furniture, and an uncomfortable bed. The staff is attentive and helpful, trying their best…
