One of the best Hotel in Tashkent if not the best, the staff is very tentative, the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. I have been there twice and never got disappointed
I have recently attended an international conference hosted by Hyatt regency. The events were held in main hall. The hall itself deserves special attention. It has got a massive display and brillant illumination. Other than that, we didn't have any issue with parking which is problematic in many parts of Tashkent.
It's good but some furniture is old and workers mostly at the reception should learn about politeness and respect. Because they disrespected deputy minister of Uzbekistan.
Great hotel. Nicely. Quietly. Comfortably. We lived there with food. Everything is very tasty ... There is also a cafe across the street from the hotel. Everything is delicious too, pilaf, manti and the rest. Everything is national. One waiter speaks Russian, which surprised me. Tashkent is the capital of 4 million inhabitants .Either they're pretending or they really haven't had it for 35 years of independence. I was in Samarkand during the same period. From young to old, everyone speaks Russian well. I liked everything in Samarkand. I returned to my Soviet childhood. SIABSKY market in Samarkand is excellent, there are a lot of goodies..I really liked everything. April 2025 There is a sea of greenery. Everything is blooming. Heat. Beauty. I'm so glad I was there. I still dream of flying there, and I advise everyone......especially to go to the market ..
The hotel is excellent: modern, conveniently located. Large swimming pool, nice SPA. It's nice to sit in the lobby bar, have a cup of coffee, or have a glass of white wine on the outdoor terrace on the 7th floor. What didn't you like? It takes a very long time to arrange a room. The last time was almost 40 minutes! The receptionist was constantly running to consult with a colleague, getting confused, starting from the beginning. We arrived at six in the morning, having spent a sleepless night on the flight, so this delay was very tiring. Upon leaving the hotel, everything happened again - politely, but for a long time. The breakfasts are expensive, with a good selection, but not particularly tasty.
I really enjoyed the hotel! Great location in the very center of Tashkent! The main attractions are just around the corner!
The top floor of the hotel spa complex offers a breathtaking view of the mountains! We were in April 2024, having left (at that moment) sunny St. Petersburg, we found ourselves in snowy Tashkent!!! It was unexpected!
A pleasant pool with lighting and a comfortable water temperature. We left the pool in cozy terry dressing gowns on the terrace in the snow, and admired the mountains!!! After that, the pool and spa seemed even warmer! There are heated chairs covered with multicolored smalt (polished glass pebbles shimmering in the sun). Complete relaxation for the back!! ! The spa is clean. Towels are changed instantly, which is nice. There is a hairdresser.
Our room was very comfortable and clean.
The breakfasts are delicious and varied! I love all kinds of variations of baked or grilled vegetables - the chefs were pleased with the daily variety of offers - baked pumpkin, baked carrots or beets with lots of savory sauces and dressings for them. Omelets with varying degrees of variation in additives, delicious buns and cheesecakes, fish and meat delicacies. For those who like it sharper, there is a separate post with Asian cuisine! Many guests from Southeast Asia lovingly and with gusto devoured the freshest dishes with a ton of pepper! And there were whole mountains of it - red, green capsicum! It looked fun and colorful!!!
Dinner at the restaurant with a large selection of national dishes! The pilaf is delicious!!!
Friendly staff! Lots of smiles!
There is a pleasant selection of drinks and cocktails in the lobby.
Comfortable! It's safe! Delicious!
Hyatt Regency Tashkent left a pleasant impression thanks to its service and atmosphere. I only attended breakfast, but even that was enough to appreciate the high standard of the establishment. A large selection of dishes, fresh products — everything corresponds to the status of the hotel. Breakfast is organized in a buffet style, where you can choose ready-made dishes or ask the chef to cook pancakes, fritters or eggs to your taste. The staff is polite and attentive, and the interior is stylish and comfortable. If the breakfast here is so good, you can imagine how pleasant it is to stay at the hotel itself.
It's very nice, everything is very neat, I liked the service, we had a seminar there in the conference room, everything went very well, but there are some nuances, despite the fact that everything is very beautiful! You need to do a general cleaning, the curtains were already dusty (not just by sight, but by smell). You just smelled dust in the Bukhara hall, there were cobwebs in the last rows, such a place is of course almost not convenient for you. I hope the administrators will see the comment and check it.
I liked the hotel in all respects, and first of all, the responsive staff and the level of service! The hotel's restaurants offer an excellent varied menu, and the service level has always corresponded to the 5-star hotel. Special thanks to the SPA therapists and the master at the beauty salon!
It's a little difficult to call a taxi to the main entrance, but it's a small thing.
Very hospitable hotel. We'll be back again!
I often come here for tourist presentations. I like everything - from the landscape (even during the day, even at night-the lighting effects are simply gorgeous), from the level of service of the staff Parking is a separate topic: 10/10. There's always a place. I love all the events held at this hotel 😍 unusual installations are the best for fans of photo shoots on social networks))
Wonderful hotel, great location, new, very cozy, delicious breakfasts, clean, spacious rooms, friendly staff, helps with any little things. The hotel is one of the best, I definitely recommend it. I'll come back myself more than once.
Excellent hotel: located in the city center, everything is nearby. Cleanliness, great breakfast, gym around the clock, swimming pool from 7:09 to 22:00.
Definitely 5 stars.
There are even smoking rooms on each floor, if anyone is interested.
A lot of foreigners. It's worth the money.
A good five-star hotel in the center of Tashkent. The hotel has a Khiva restaurant with a variety of national cuisine. There are also several bar areas, a SPA, a gym, a hammam, and a swimming pool. The staff is friendly, everyone speaks excellent Russian, Uzbek, and English.
The service is good, the hotel is comfortable, and the room is pretty quiet. One of the disadvantages is that the breakfasts are meager for such a price, compared to the Hyatt Sochi. The gym is also losing to Sochi. The room seems to be large, but the choice of exercise equipment is meager. And the gates on the sides of the hotel were always closed, we had to go around through the main entrance every time.
A wonderful hotel, great breakfasts, pleasant and attentive staff. The spa at the hotel is at the highest level. You can relax and swim in the pool, get a massage, sit in the hammam or sauna!
The best hotel in Tashkent by all criteria ranks 1st in terms of hospitality, service and many other merits. The hotel justifies its 100% 5***** . Spa treatments, massages, swimming pool, professional staff service, you just need to come and that's it. The hotel has everything you need for a relaxing stay, from Cotona to.....)))))).
A wonderful hotel located in the center of which you can only dream of. Silence, cleanliness, brilliance. A very good find for business, leisure and just sports. I advise anyone who hasn't been there yet to stop.
In general, Hayat has never disappointed, and Hayat in Tashkent is no exception - everything generally corresponds to the price and level.
Separately, I want to write that everything listed below was decided literally the next morning! Many thanks to the management and the employees in general - you are the best!
…
BUT I have a couple of questions... 5* and there's not even a toothbrush or any basic care products in the room - how is that even?! For $500-1000 per night, and they can't even arrange such simple things, or have they forgotten?
And one more thing, improved prices are always available for all members. Well, you can always find a room for €250 if there is no need for an improved category. Interestingly, everything is available on the website and in the application, but upon arrival they said that "you need to wait for a reservation," but "you don't need to wait for an improved room." OK, it's not a problem to get a better room, but the behavior and situation are sooo strange. So I'll still put 4*, not 5*. Well, it's really strange and unpleasant that you need to "beg for a number" and explain something after a long flight.
Great hotel, great location, comfortable rooms, good spa. Not all ATMs in the hotel accept a Visa, and those that do have a cash withdrawal limit. But this is not a problem, there are many places where you can withdraw money. Overall, I liked the arrival, only positive emotions. It was in the second half of April. I didn't take breakfast, I didn't eat at the hotel, I won't say anything about the food.
