The advantages are high-quality breakfasts, excellent large rooms, good housekeeping, excellent sound insulation, pool and spa, free "infrequent" daily bus from the hotel to the beach. The disadvantage is that there is a huge construction site and major repairs of the embankment nearby, you can't walk, it's far enough to the subway, the need to use a taxi, the restaurant staff slows down, dirty dishes are slowly removed, the number of cutlery and napkins provided is insufficient (1 set of appliances and 1 napkin).

The hotel is good, you can see the Burj Khalifa from certain rooms, but it is far from the center (Dubai Mall) (45 minutes on foot, by car, oddly enough, a little less). Although it looks like it's close on the map. The room was not cleaned, there were quite large sweet marks on the bedside table, which were easily washed off with just a damp towel, there was a flock of ants on the bathroom floor. The restaurant at the hotel is very good, but not budget, like all hotel restaurants in Dubai. The outdoor pool is quite enjoyable, but the sun has been hiding behind a nearby high-rise since a certain time in the afternoon.
P.S. the most delicious tiramisu in the world, I have never tasted better anywhere.

A great hotel to visit Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. There are Russian-speaking staff, free transfers 3 times a day to the Dubai Mall and 2 times by appointment to the beach on Palma. On the downside, the hotel is under renovation, and several restaurants are closed.

A decent 4.5-star hotel.
Of the pros:
Large rooms, often with a view of the canal and Burj Khalifa
Diligent staff. Family environment
Nice restaurant with a view of the bay and delicious food.
Near the grocery store
There is a promenade
Of the minuses:
Healthy breakfasts are meager, but full of pastries…
The location is not very relative to the center. You can't walk
There is no exchanger nearby
A very small pool, where there is practically no sun. It is also necessary to occupy the sun beds in advance.
The cancellation policy at the hotel is different from the policy of the network as a whole. There is absolutely no flexibility.
Hookah is not very.

The cleaner stole the perfume from the room!we thought if it costs 5 bottles, then I won't notice 1!It was stolen the day before departure, and I found it when I started packing my things. The guards said they couldn't help!at the reception, they pretended that they didn't understand Russian well, before that they understood everything perfectly!
Put everything in the safe!
And breakfast is monotonous for all 11 days!

A good hotel for your money, a good location, there is a place to walk along the canal, we ordered a junior suite room, overlooking the Burj Khalifa, stayed in it for the new year to watch the fireworks, everything was clearly visible. Clean, cleaning every day, we took half board, the food is very good, the hotel staff is polite, they respond quickly to any requests. Thanks to the hotel management, they try very hard, think over everything for the guests, solve situations quickly (if something does not suit)

Wonderful hotel. The staff is attentive and responsive. The pool is excellent, the complex of baths is super. A good gym. Cleanliness in the room, everything is new, cleaning every day. The air conditioner works perfectly.
The breakfast is excellent, the cuisine is excellent.
The waiters are smart.
There is a restaurant and a bar.
Of the minuses, there are construction sites nearby.

A stunning hotel with a view of the Burj Khalifa!!! The hotels have spacious rooms with fresh repairs and everything you need, we took breakfast and dinner (dinner can be replaced with lunch). Breakfast was buffet style, dinner was custom-made on the menu (chic dishes). Everything is very tasty! A gorgeous heated swimming pool with stunning views! Polite staff, there are employees who speak Russian!I really liked the hotel, I want to come back!

Very convenient location and a modern, beautiful hotel. We had a view of the tower .The rooms have good cleaning, comfortable beds, smooth, white linen.There is a kettle and a coffee machine.There is a good supermarket near the hotel.There are many cafes and restaurants on the embankment.

There is cleaning every day, the staff is responsive, but there is a big BUT... as for the breakfasts, the breakfasts are disgusting, meager, do not pull on a 5-star hotel, I really regretted that I took the breakfasts.
