We stayed at the hotel in January 2025. I liked everything, the staff is very polite, always ready to help. The rooms are clean, the breakfasts are delicious, the composition is about the same, but the service is different every day. The location is ideal, there is a tram stop nearby, but it is barely audible, within walking distance of all the main attractions, cafes, shops, currency exchanges, ATMs and a park.
The hotel is very cozy and quiet.Located in the heart of Istanbul.Behind the St.Sofia.The staff is very attentive. The breakfasts are always different and served hot. The rooms are cleaned daily.
I have been to this hotel twice, the hotel is worthy of a solid 4, the location of the hotel is very good, attractions, shops, sea, metro, tram, parks, restaurants, literally everything is within walking distance. The staff is friendly, I stayed in a deluxe room both times, corresponds to the photo on the hotel's website, I booked it from the website, I recommend it. View from the balcony. Breakfast
Among the advantages: bottled drinking water, tea, coffee are added daily. There are also shampoos, gels, toothpaste, and a brush in the bathroom. Beds are folded every day, towels are changed. The bed is changed every three days.
Of the minuses, there has never been a wet cleaning in 7 days.
For the amount we paid, we were not very satisfied. 1. The drain in the bathroom was broken, I had to call the master. 2. The audibility from the neighboring rooms is enormous. 3 . There is no free mini bar. 4. They did not offer to change the room, although they saw all the disadvantages.
I do not recommend this hotel
A good hotel in the heart of the historic district. I had a small but cozy room. The only inconvenience was that there was no bathrobe in the room, and the hair dryer turned off when heated, you had to turn it on only at first speed.
Breakfast seemed too modest, it was enough for me as a girl, but it probably won't be enough for a man.
A nice hotel with a great location. Near Topkapi Palace and Sultanahmet Square, Grand Bazaar.
The breakfasts are normal. The staff is polite.
The only thing is, the rooms are very small. But everything you need is there.
