A very decent hotel in the south of Patong! We were very surprised, knowing the year of construction. A fairly large, well-maintained, green area, which is not often found on this beach. They settled in immediately, but did not take a deposit. They helped to lift the suitcases to the second floor. The buildings, by the way, are all two-storied. Now about the room: yes, a little tired, Thai-style, but very big. The room has almost a triple bed)), the TV is large ahead of schedule, flat. However, there is only one Russian channel. The refrigerator, safe, and air conditioner worked smoothly, but it was a little noisy. They cleaned it every day and with dignity. The staff is very polite and friendly. They returned my forgotten makeup bag. Special thanks. The balconies on the second floors are simply huge, the first ones are smaller. There is a full-fledged dryer on the balcony, two wooden chairs, and a table. And there's still room for a disco. A very pleasant surprise was a completely newly renovated new bathroom!!! It took a while to figure out such a shower system. The pool is not very large, but it is clean, with a Jacuzzi and a children's area. There are sun beds, a gazebo, tables with chairs, and even a swing. There was always enough room. The restaurant is large and outdoors. Many people write that the breakfasts are monotonous, but you're not going to all-inclusive Turkish. There is enough of everything: vegetables, fruits, eggs in various variations, delicious pastries, sausages. There were porridges, but every day one was ready, plus muesli. Hot dishes with chicken and fish. What else is needed? Now about the sea. Leave the territory, turn your head to the right and you can already see it. It takes about seven minutes to walk. But it's better to go a little further to the right, it's cleaner there. About mosquitoes: be prepared that they are. But, this is a problem for all hotels with a green area. However, the treatment is constantly carried out and there was a fumigator with plates in the room. One of the disadvantages is the audibility in the rooms. But! They try to accommodate Chinese guests separately! 👍👏🤝 Conclusion: I would like to come again, because the hotel is very good for its price and quality and is gradually being restored! Definitely, I recommend it.
A nice hotel with a touch of age in Thai style.
In the evenings it is quiet, cozy, and comfortable.
The pool is clean, always available.
We were in the rainy season, there are not many guests.
There is a kettle and tea set in the rooms, and two bottles of water daily.
Refrigerator, everything you need.
Including anti-mosquito joy.
For breakfast, there are about 10 European-style sets and four Thai-style ones.
It is better to take coffee at 7/11 opposite.
The beach is 5 minutes away.
The beach is fine sand and not deep.
There is a shadow under the palm trees, but it doesn't seem to be necessary.
There are a lot of beach entertainments and activities. Banana, parachute, etc.…
Two sun beds with an umbrella - 200v.
Everything you need is nearby.
A municipal bus is seen in front of the hotel.
The area is quite lively, everything is there, as everywhere else.
We liked everything.
Thanks to the staff for their responsiveness and attention.
Overall, a good option, solid 3 stars. Despite the disadvantages, the impressions of the stay were good.
A classic hotel in a typical Thai style. Renovation- painted plastered walls. It would be nice to refresh the repair.
Good location, within walking distance there is absolutely everything you need. The beach is a 5-minute walk away.
Polite staff, very quick to respond to requests and resolve everyday issues.
Wifi is working fine, YouTube and other streaming services are working fine.
For a hotel in Patong, it is relatively quiet (in terms of noise from the street). Nice garden, a great corner of nature in the middle of Patong.
The pool is clean.
The rooms are cleaned from 8 to 16, the cleaning time in your room will depend on which building your room is in. We cleaned around 15-16 hours.
Upon check-in, it was not possible to pay with a Unionpay card from Gazprombank, although the Booking indicates that the hotel accepts Unionpay. The staff tried several times, but nothing worked. Across the street, at an ATM, I had to withdraw cash from the same card (absolutely no problem) and pay for my stay in cash. (Later, during the month of vacation, the unionpay card worked absolutely everywhere in other places).
The quality of the cleaning is average, the garbage that fell under the table in the room lay there for several days.
There has never been hot water in the shower for a month, the water flows barely warm (it feels like it just warmed up in the sun). The shower head flowed all month at the connection with the hose.
Sometimes it smells from the sewer, so it's better to keep the bathroom door closed.
It is better not to keep the door open on the terrace (we lived on the ground floor), as a huge number of mosquitoes will fly. In any case, I recommend buying a liquid fumigator across the street at 7/11 for 70 baht, it will help you sleep peacefully.
Once, a shoe-sized rat ran into the room through this open door and ran all over the room. After this incident, the door to the terrace was always kept closed.
The hotel had a huge number of very noisy Chinese tourists who were yelling around the clock both in the rooms and from one end of the corridor to the other, talking to each other (there is no sound insulation in the rooms). They do not respond to comments.
The pool bar has not been open since the pandemic. There is a restaurant in the hotel, but I have never seen it work.
There are no bathrobes in the rooms. The key card from the room is one, for two people - very inconvenient. I asked for a second one, but they didn't give me one.
