A cozy place. The cottages have everything you need. A small kitchen with a refrigerator and a microwave. There is a kettle and a coffee maker. The main thing is very clean and cozy. There is a heated swimming pool on site. There is a separate building with a sauna. There is a tavern nearby, where they cook very tasty, the hotel gives out a flyer for a 15% discount on dinner.

The hotel complex is located near the city of Minsk,

Well, let's start)) we rested in the banquet hall. The company of 26 people had enough space to eat, dance, and put baby strollers) the food was ordered there, there is not a single comment, only admiration, the barbecue is generally at the highest level!!! I really liked the presence of beautiful dishes in large quantities. Everything is very clean!! Beautiful territory, spacious Parking.
We contacted the guard several times, helped with everything, explained everything!! Everything is perfect!!

I was on vacation with my husband from 07/25/2022 to 30.07.2022. The weather was great, so the rest was a success). We were here for the first time, we ourselves are from Russia, Smolensk, it takes 4 hours to drive. I liked everything in principle. The house was rented for two extreme , number 12. Each house has its own barbecue area (there are 12 of them in total), Parking is also near the house. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were held outdoors . The table is large and benches under the canopy are also at the entrance to the house . The house is comfortable, there is everything you need. The bed linen is snow-white. The area around is well-groomed, there is a lot of greenery. The Belorusskaya Korchma cafe is 3 minutes away . By the way , they cook delicious . A 15 percent discount on lunch can be taken at the reception. The pool is clean, not deep, not large, but since there were few people during our vacation, we were comfortable. It opens at 10 a.m. and was covered with a canopy at 22.The staff is very friendly.responsive girls at the reception . They kindly agreed to give us a tour in a 2- storey house for a large family . Olegovna is a very kind woman, she always asked if we needed anything). Caring. Minsk is not far away , the store is also close , we went to buy the necessary things . If you decide to go on an excursion, you can visit Mirsky and Nesvizh castles. They are located nearby, we drove for about an hour.In general, I liked everything. We will definitely come back . We recommend it! Thanks to the staff.

A pleasant place in nature, hospitable and helpful staff. The cabin had everything you needed. Only the neighbors were bothered, music was playing loudly in several houses around ours. In two houses, they did not want to turn it off even at 12 a.m., despite comments from the administration. It seems that this does not happen, but it happens…
So if you want a quiet vacation in nature, then you may not be lucky here.
Excellent breakfast at a nearby restaurant, a lovely waiter girl and incomparable cheesecakes :)

We recently visited this institution with a small company. The territory is clean, there is Parking for cars, you can rent a house or a gazebo. We rented a gazebo and honestly were shocked by the huge number of wasps Sitting in this gazebo was simply unbearable..... Horror, the mood was ruined.

09/22/2023 we had a rest in the Khutoryanka bath complex. While in the pool, my wife severely cut her toe on the bottom of the pool. At the request, the administrator provided peroxide, but there was no initiative to find out how severe the cut was. The employee of the complex was aware of the sharp parts in the pool (when they came for peroxide, he immediately said that you could cut yourself on the drain). An ambulance was called to fix the fact of injury. Then there was a call from the guard and the district police officer, since we refused to pay for additional time due to the injury (when the police arrived, the bathhouse employee began to tell the story that his wife cut her finger when leaving the pool on the ladder, although he had said something completely different before). The district police officer recommended paying the bill (which we did) and then going to court. Since the administration has not made any attempts to resolve this situation, we will take the advice of the district police officer to go to court.
Total: extremely dissatisfied with the attitude of the staff, the lack of a first aid kit.

A good place to stay overnight. You can come for a couple of days. We lived in a two-storey building. The house is cozy. But there are a strange number of beds. One double bed and one single bed in a separate room. There is a sofa on the ground floor. That is, we arrived in two pairs and slept separately with my husband.
Another oddity. There are three chairs at the table. And there are four of us.
Well, there was also not enough stove, there is no cafe on the territory. And the fact that there is only a tavern nearby, it is not possible to eat there.
