For the most part, money is wasted on the service, but they lick it from head to toe, it's a pity they don't do this with a car in a car service station.
Convenient Parking, with new cars, it's still a problem like everywhere else, but with mileage there are not a few options. The negative manager showed us the car, then walked away, and so we never saw him again.
We bought a new Toussaint in 2021. After one and a half thousand km, the lane control unit failed, an error is constantly burning, we arrived at the service, they told us a warranty case, everything will be replaced, but we need to wait 2 months, two months have passed, they drove us to replace it, changed it for 3 hours and said that some other detail was missing we started to get indignant, asked to call the manager, the manager and the management of the company were not all blown away suddenly, there was one guy who replied: your spare part is not produced anywhere, we will do it manually, people.... The attitude towards customers is disgusting. Biased and arrogant. In front of me, an adult man, about fifty years old, approached the manager, so he pretended that he did not see or hear him. They couldn't even answer my technical questions. There are cars in the salon and in the parking lot, but they say everything is sold and the queue is supposedly 7-8 months in advance. In general, I will not come to them for a new car. Only for the service. That's why there are three stars.
