I bought a zero km Hyundai Elantra from Hyundai Coşkun dealership on 09/06/2023.I bought 180,000₺ accessories when I bought the car.There has been a steering vibration problem since the day I bought the car.I found out when I went to the service that the 17-inch rim tire inside the accessories was a replica rim of the Nissan Qashqai Model with the hyundai emblem.Since there is a Qashqai replica on the rim, tremor is a problem because it is not suitable for the hub diameter of my Elantra car.When I go to the service 4-5 times for a tremor problem, they say that the last wheel should be installed another wheel that is suitable for my vehicle, I should pay an extra$ 10,000.Then if it's not suitable for my car, when I asked why they were wearing it, then we didn't have a rim, so we put it on, I get the answer.They want me to make up for their mistakes.How could a Hyundai dealer install a Replica product and not stand behind it, the biggest example of which, by the way, was a 2-year 60,000KM warranty on the wheels. Dec.they haven't solved this problem for 1.5 years
