I highly recommend not contacting here. I gave away a Kia Ceed car on January 22, 2025 with the problem of a brake fluid leak from under the rear right wheel (I was specifically told where the leak came from). There are no questions about the acceptance, everything was examined, described, and they promised to do a free suspension diagnosis (they say they have suspension diagnostics as a gift with all repairs). The next day, they told me they would call me, arrange the cost and then carry out the work. As a result, the next day I had to call myself and remind about my car. About an hour later, the master called back and said that for a very long time they could not find the cause of the leak (because the car was not too clean, although, as I wrote above, I specifically indicated where the leak came from). I asked about the diagnosis, and they said, "Okay, let's see." Also reluctantly, but okay. As a result: the connector on the brake tube was replaced (the one that was leaking), a SELF-locking connector with bushings was installed, which is generally NOT RECOMMENDED to be installed on the brake lines (because it may simply not withstand pressure during emergency braking). I would like to draw your attention to the fact that I did not contact any garage service, but a specialized service station (which positions itself that way). I believe that in this case it was necessary to untangle the ends of the pipes to be connected and install a connector with fittings screwed into it (as they do in manufacturing plants). After this work, the braking system was pumped, to assess the quality (and whether it was done at all) Of course I can't. Upon arrival home, I had to top up about 150 grams of brake fluid. 115 rubles were paid for these works. Everyone can decide for themselves whether it's a lot or a little. Thank you for your promptness, I managed to arrive on the same day as I called, without any notes (it's understandable why). I believe that the braking system is not some kind of trifle and its repair should be approached more responsibly, because it is the safety of not only the driver of the car, but also of all other road users. As a result, this work had to be redone by normal specialists. According to the diagnosis: one front stabilizer bar and the front brake discs were "sentenced" to be grooved (note, not replaced) and the front pads. There are no questions here. Well, as a bonus, they "sentenced" the NEW rear brake discs and pads to be grooved (the pads, by the way, are also new and the residue was visible on them), they also said that the rear caliper guides needed to be developed (which, by the way, were serviced when replacing discs and pads, and there are no problems with them). Here I understand the position of the service (if they want to answer me): they say that new spare parts still need to be properly installed, BUT all this was checked in my presence at another service station and no problems were found. Counting on what? A man who doesn't understand? It's up to you to decide whether or not to go to this "service", I'm not going.
I would not recommend contacting an authorized Hyundai Goles service center in Gomel. My experience with them has been extremely negative and disappointing.
I brought my car for turbine diagnostics and repair. The masters of the center identified the malfunction and called a high price of 1200 rubles for the repair of the turbine. Although it is expensive, I agreed, because I trusted the professionalism of the authorized Hyundai service.
However, at the final stage of repair, when the car was already assembled, the master told me terrible news. He showed a video showing that there was antifreeze in the engine tray. This meant that the engine was beyond repair and would require a complete replacement. But at the same time, I still had to pay for the entire repair of the turbine in full.
When I tried to discuss with the management how to solve this situation, they reacted extremely negatively. I was told that the only option is to pay for all repairs. As a result, I had to pick up the car from the service with the help of the police.
I am very disappointed with the negligent attitude of the staff to their work and the complete lack of customer orientation of the management of the Goles center. I do not advise contacting here if you do not want to get into such an unpleasant situation.
The problem could have been detected immediately if the dipstick had been checked during the diagnosis and made sure that the engine had antifreeze, not oil. This negligence of the employee who performed the diagnosis became the root of the problem. Instead of recognizing the incompetence of the locksmith, director Vladimir and the chief engineer try to justify him and shift all responsibility to the client. This approach to car maintenance is something that can be called a "Belarusian service".
In addition, by the end of the first week, the chief engineer contacted us and informed us that the turbine had failed due to foreign objects entering it. We asked to find out what exactly could have got in, and whether it was worth repairing the engine at all. But we were told that there was no way to deal with our car, since there was no free lift. And that, they say, we will install a turbine, and then we will figure it out.
This attitude towards the client and his problem is simply outrageous. Instead of quickly understanding the situation and offering a solution, we were made to understand that they were not interested in us. This is a complete disregard for the customer and his car. I am extremely disappointed with the work of the Goles service and its management in the person of Director Vladimir and chief engineer. I do not advise contacting here if you do not want to get into such an unpleasant situation.
There was a problem with the cold start of a diesel car. We suffered for a long time and looked for the problem of air suction, but in the end we coped. Subsequent work after the first payment was carried out under warranty! Thank you for not just returning the money, but putting the squeeze on and repairing the car. A professional approach.
