We arrived from Russia in Kostanay for 1 day and at 19:30 we were going to leave back as the car stopped starting. I got through to the car center and they brought me together with Vyacheslav, I explained the situation to him, he immediately sent a tow truck after us, although the center officially works until 20:00, did not delay and postpone until tomorrow. The tow truck arrived quickly, he took the car to the center where it was put under guard in the parking lot. In the morning at 9:00 I was at the car center, Vyacheslav met us, said that the recording was all scheduled, but he would come up with something and after 5 minutes we had already driven the car for diagnostics, I refused to repair the car because the breakdown was serious and we decided to repair at home.
