Hello! I did not buy a car in this center, but only repaired it, but I want to express my GREAT GRATITUDE for the help of the master receptionist Vyacheslav. We arrived from Russia in Kostanay for 1 day and at 19:30 we were going to leave back as the car stopped starting. I got through to the car center and they brought me together with Vyacheslav, I explained the situation to him, he immediately sent a tow truck after us, although the center officially works until 20:00, did not delay and postpone until tomorrow. The tow truck arrived quickly, he took the car to the center where it was put under guard in the parking lot. In the morning at 9:00 I was at the car center, Vyacheslav met us, said that the recording was all scheduled, but he would come up with something and after 5 minutes we had already driven the car for diagnostics, I refused to repair the car because the breakdown was serious and we decided to repair at home. The guys from the center helped to roll the car out to the parking lot from where we took it. The car center employs very professional and friendly people. I recommend it to everyone.👍

In short, our warranty ended a month ago and we were not warned, the work was completed, the amount of work was shown and we were stunned by the price tag, since we planned only THAT. By the way, it's better to change the oil and filter yourself, you will save 30,000 thousand, the main thing is where to change, let them put the seal in the book of the same brand of oil and that's it, do not fly off the warranty, save your money.

They try to make money on everything, on every little thing, to look, check ... warranty service and repairs are not here, comrades ... although, for lack of a choice, you have to visit this circus from time to time! Every time there is disappointment and irritation ... if in fact: they have repeatedly contacted about warranty obligations, they will look at it and make a verdict: "not-not a warranty case"
At least hire an independent expert.
