The manager for installing add-ons on Al-Farabi (alarms, video recorders) is just a fabulous character... If you have purchased a car of this brand, then I advise you to make all additional services in Hyundai to Suyunbai.
A good car dealership, I use Hand Elantra and Creta cars for work (by the way, purchased by our company in this particular salon), I passed here. The staff is friendly, they don't take time, as it was in a couple of other salons (where you lose half a day, I won't say which ones :)). Coffee is available for free in the waiting room.
The service is weak on all fronts. Salespeople are spoiled by frenzied demand, credit managers work hard, service people are not aware of the common sores of models, about which there are a million stories on the Internet. But it is clean and pleasant inside, in general there is something to improve.

But the guys explained all the options so competently that the idea of selling and buying a car that initially scared me disappeared without a trace. Moreover, I took out a loan without any problems, although it did not work out on a preferential basis, but an ordinary loan made my dream come true. I'm happy with the car, it's worth the money they charge for it. Before that, I drove a Renault Duster. In general, I wanted to say about the sellers' service, the bank employees in this car dealership, they are great. In the future, I hope that the technical service will be at the same top level!
I did not think that I would write this review, but yesterday's incident convinced me. I bought a new elantra in 2018, additional options were installed, the service called and said come by 3, the car will be ready. But they gave it out only by 7 o'clock, imagine waiting for 4 hours, and at 6 I had to pick up more children from kindergarten, so by 7 o'clock they gave me a car all covered in dust, plus there was a good layer of dirt from shoes in the driver's seat under the mat. Although it was a shock to me where dirt could come from in Almaty, as if it had been specially done, well, imagine the feeling of a new car you just bought. Okay, I think anything happens, I won't make a fuss, the manager Alexey apologized for the servers for a long time, although he had nothing to do with the issue. Well, yesterday I called on the phone about the trade-in of a car for a new Tucson, they told me on the phone that the car would be evaluated at market prices, I asked again, they confirmed it to me. As a result, what do we do : we have an estimate of 1.5-2 million below the market, I tell the appraisers, why do you have such a big difference? They answered me, we have to earn money, well, is that okay??? You're making money on a new car!!! I rent mine in trade-in, and you want to earn money on my car and earn a plus on the new one that you sell to me, double the benefit, but where is the service? And where is the respect for the client to talk like that? Earn money with him, but why cheat on the phone to say that the estimate will be on the market, but in fact the estimate is below the market by almost 2 million? They have to earn money, and the fact that I lose money doesn't bother them, that's such a service! The impression of this center is negative, they lie in a brazen way and cannot normally give out a new car
A modern, spacious, cozy showroom. Friendly staff. I liked sales consultant Alexey Kulgavykh the most. He consults well, knows the subject, answers any questions. The visit leaves a pleasant impression
I bought a car at this center .. I got to Alexey's manager. It 's a balm for the soul when in doubt-ignorance -confusion, I removed all doubts, spread everything out and explained everything . They gave out a car in a very touching way with bow balls, .with words of farewell and sincere wishes . In general, buying a car was very positive, gentle, even fun. Bravo, Alexey!
The word Premium can be removed from the name. Constant jostling and zero attention to visitors. Here's a Lexus or Jaguar that's Premium

Managers are not interested in buyers. They begin to communicate only after you ask them to come over a couple of times. Even after that, they talk through their teeth.
There is no service at all. The most lame dealer in the city. They don't want to serve the manager. You pull information from the language of the managers. They don't want to sell in one word

Hyundai Center is not recommended to anyone ...any other center , but he did not pay a lot of money , the service was not performed , but there were a lot of papers with excuses ..zero per review
A pleasant car dealership - in general, like many with the exception of Aster and Bipek - is so crazy. It was not serviced because I did not buy a Hyundai but was on a test drive. Good managers suggested it, showed it, and gave it a ride. Thanks
