1. The staff is not friendly.
2. Arrogant managers, irresponsible, lazy (got lost in the queue for a new car).
3. Technical staff, unprofessional (they poured the wrong oil into the engine, almost lost it, changed the oil in another service on time).
4. Prices are inflated beyond reasonable limits.
The good thing is that I didn't buy a Hyundai.
