I had to buy a pack of cigarettes for the foreign citizen I was accompanying. The store has a separate cigarette stand, but there was no one behind the counter. There were only two people behind the two cash registers who could be contacted. I turned to the employee who was sitting closer to the counter and asked if there was anyone from the staff who could help. In response, they told me: I have no eyes on my back, and I am busy at all. I went to another cashier, whose customers had just left, she was very worried and said that she did not know what kind of cigarettes they had in the blocks and in general that smoking was harmful!))) After another 10 minutes of persuasion and explanations of the same thing, I still managed to buy what I needed, but it is obvious that even without knowledge of the Russian language, the foreigner I accompanied realized what a disgusting service we have. It turns out that if a minimally unusual situation happens, and it's not just that they took yogurt from the refrigerator and brought it to the checkout, then that's it, the employees no longer know what to do and how to behave? And there is no manager or anyone else to help these negligent cashiers? So-so, in general, the service, I definitely don't want to go back there.
Probably the only large self-service store in the area
There is a stall with cakes and business lunches of Irina Service company.
You can buy essential goods in this store. There is an ATM.
There are also 2 fast food vendors and convenient parking near the store
The assortment is good, the sellers are polite. BUT for me, as a tourist, it was not at all clear why payment with the MIR card was not accepted, when in absolutely all other places payment could easily be made using this payment system. But then, in a nearby store, they explained that this was due to the fact that the owner of these supermarkets was "Baltic" and did not serve the MIR payment system in principle. Well, that's sad 🤣
A pleasant store with prices at the average level. However, during "peak hours", in particular at lunchtime, queues at the ticket offices can reach 15 minutes. With 5 cash registers, I have never seen more than two working. I would like to see self-service cash desks in place of the remaining cash registers in order to somehow reduce the queues.
I also ran into a situation twice: I stood in line for ~ 10 minutes, and at the checkout it turns out that the product is not in the database (the barcode does not beat).
The store is well located in terms of location. There are a lot of stocks. The prices are reasonable. A good assortment. Sometimes the staff is rude, but it depends on the number of customers.
the best store, the selection of goods is large, the sellers are polite, there are many other shops nearby, the location is good, the goods in the store are good, there are not even crumpled cans, not to mention not fresh goods
The store is the only one within walking distance from the house.during rush hours, huge queues form, as the guys living in the dormitory of the agricultural college also buy there. Employees cannot stand such a rhythm of work , there is a very high turnover . There are constantly not enough cashiers. There is a large selection of products, but the prices are also good.by the way , I ran into frankly stale meat products (minced meat , sausages ) several timesthere was also sour milk .but since there are no more shops nearby, you have to visit it.
The most disgusting store in town! There are endless giant queues, there is not a single self-service checkout, and a meager assortment. Close it already and open a normal store, the center deserves it!
A good affordable store, they bake the best black pudding in the world)))The only thing that's scary is the boom gate- it feels like it's about to hit the bumper🙄
There are always huge queues, and only one ticket office is open. The prices are high. There is a very small selection of bread, and bread is most often stale. The fruits are not the freshest.
The store is like a store, groceries, household trifles, but everything you need. It's spacious. Clear. The entrance is good, there is Parking. There is a food court nearby.
In the paid parking, it is not specified how and where to pay. We need at least a sign at the exit and why is it not possible to pay via the Internet or a mobile operator, why only at the checkout?
Half of the cashiers are sleepy. I hope there will be self-service ticket offices soon and there will be fewer queues.
The toilet for visitors looks worse than any toilet on the street, if they clean the bathroom so badly, I'm afraid to imagine what's going on in the store's warehouse..
I like Martin's store. You can always buy chilled meat, i.e. chicken legs, back quarter, always fresh. The price is very pleasing, in other stores it is more expensive by 1-1. 5, or even 2 rubles. There is also a large assortment of sausages, sausages. Delicious grilled chickens. Canned food is not expensive for animals. Dairy products are always fresh too.
I give the highest rating to tk there is in the supermarket - EVERYTHING and even more .
There are a lot of stocks and constantly, the staff is responsive , everyone works like bees . The only thing is this slight negligence, but...everything is fixable. I recommend it! Visit a similar market with pleasure)
The selection of products is quite good. One of the prices is higher than in other stores, but okay, I didn't take off the stars for this. Huge queues at rush hour when all people are coming from work, it would seem that there are five ticket offices, only 2 work. The saleswomen are terrible, in the sense that they are rude. All terminals accept my card without any problems, however, when they did not accept them, they started yelling and shouting at me with accusations, I think this is unacceptable. Also, somehow the terminal froze completely, debited the funds, but did not show that it was paid. I had to reload, it took about 15 minutes. The vegetable section is always full of midges and dirt. Almost all the goods there are mildewed and wrinkled. I do not know if this is considered a minus, but for at least three years there have always been two sparrows flying there.
The store itself is good, the assortment, the prices. But something needs to be done with the team, there is never a smile on their faces. They look "hunted down", always unhappy. Although I saw the biggest queues at them, only before the holidays, well, there is an influx of students. There are a maximum of two cash registers, more often one. The head is generally a separate topic, it seems to me that everything is because of her.
The store is spacious, a large selection of products, but there is always a huge queue, either 1 cash register or 2 are open, but this does not affect the pandemonium of people at the cash register. and in my opinion, the prices are too high compared to other stores.
There are products for every taste and color, but they are much more expensive than in other stores. There are constant queues and, as always, 1 or 2 ticket offices are open. In general, the store is not bad.
It's a terrible store. The service is disgusting. There are a lot of expired products. Vegetables and fruits are rotten. Expired milk. Always a good smell in the store.
I try to go to this store very rarely. Because it's kind of gloomy, unkempt in places, does not smell delicious, and sometimes birds fly there, which is extremely unpleasant. They are trying to replenish the assortment. The ticket offices are open for a maximum of 2 and there are almost always queues. The store lacks a marketing upgrade (
Everything is on top - the quality of goods, the choice of products, a good large Parking lot, polite staff. But only there are queues during rush hours
A great store! Excellent choice of chicken meat, turkey meat! There are queues, but this rather suggests that a lot of people are coming here! Prices are average in the city.
The store itself is not bad. A good range of products. The choice of meat is not bad. But 1-2 cash desks are constantly working. The queues at lunch are just creepy.
Small queues. A large selection of products. The prices are relatively low. A clean store. There are 3 ticket offices. There is paid parking. One hour is free.
Long queues, only 5 ticket offices, 2-3 ticket offices are open during rush hour. You won't find a price tag for the product. Cashiers are aggressive and slow. When asked to open another cash register, they refuse, adding ridiculous arguments each time, and today one of the cashiers, to the indignation of one of the customers, sent him to the exit.
I always shop in the morning instead of breakfast before work. I've never been poisoned. Bananas are not tasty, apples are delicious. There is also a self-service coffee shop, where the coffee is generally good.
