You can grow old in the queue. The floor around the vegetables is constantly dirty. Due to the fact that there is no alternative in the zip code area, you have to go there.
Good prices, spacious store. We are always pleased with the assortment of cookies and sweets with real prices of -50%.
There are queues, but in general, the store is good
A very long wait in line at the checkout . Even when a maximum of 2 ticket offices are open during rush hour, this creates unbearable waiting conditions, especially for the elderly.
A very good store, with a flexible pricing system. There is not every slag on the promotions, but the products are fresh and in demand by customers. This is the best grocery store in the ZIP and Gagarin streets. The only drawback is queues(
The Mart Inn chain is objectively the worst food retail chain in Gomel. And this store is worse than the worst. Specifically, what is wrong:
- Very often, only 1 cash register works, the rest of the sellers go somewhere, until a queue of 10 dissatisfied customers lines up and begins to resent. Then the sellers magically appear from somewhere.
- Equipment often freezes at the cash desks, you have to wait for payment from cards for 3-7 minutes. By the way, contactless cards are not accepted. Get ready to always enter the PIN code - it's amazing.
- The choice of products is no different from any average store, like a grocery store, it clearly does not reach the level of a supermarket. Even in Dobrushsky (a small town in the Gomel region) Euroopte has much more choice.
- There are very few promotions, some programs, and unique offers. I don't go to the shops for this, but when everyone absolutely does it, you need to at least conform. It's important for someone.
- The store is in poor condition. There is a feeling of unkemptness and dilapidation. Go to the toilet, for example - it's something.
- The area around the store is unkempt and in terrible condition. In the period from the end of 2018 to the beginning of 2019, there was a sewer breakthrough and excrement floated down the street for almost 2 weeks. Tiles in the parking lot from the side of the non-main entrance regularly crack and fail, the store hires, apparently, unskilled workers who are not able to lay tiles at least 3 years in advance.
I only come here as a last resort. This particular store is disgusting, I just don't know any worse. The rest of the chain's stores cause similar feelings on rare visits, but I have much less experience interacting with them.
a standard Martin with Belarusian-language price tags and all the information. the set of products does not go beyond the usual. There is a small industrial group. There are very long queues at the ticket offices

I love this store. I prefer to shop in it. And, if you follow the constant weekly discounts, the benefits are obvious compared to other stores.

I liked something about him, there is some kind of ideology. But queues: in the morning, at lunch, and when people return from work. There are also sparrows flying inside)
A large store, and the processes are like a store within walking distance. Most of the time, everything is slow, one of the cash registers will fail. The quality of the vegetables is below average.
Well, first of all, it's next to the house where I live.very convenient.the prices are normal.the employees are culturally friendly.expired and frankly stale products came across several times .but they changed it without any problems.
As long as I remember this supermarket, 1-2 cashiers out of 5 work. We even compose family jokes about it. I wonder if this will change one day? And why hasn't it changed in years?
A good store in terms of assortment and prices. Delicious cooking. But you can meet old age in the queue at this store... We need to do something about the cash registers.
Today I chose the products in 3 minutes. I stood at the checkout for 14 minutes. Of the five cash registers, two were working if I knew about such a service, I would not have visited your store
There are constant queues, there are no cashiers on the ground. Only one ticket office is open in the morning. Nobody pays attention to the comments of customers (about the eternal queues due to non-working cash registers).
Dirty floors, dirty storefronts, huge queues at the checkout, price tags do not correspond to reality, and often they do not exist at all, there are no sellers in the hall, there are a lot of expired goods, cashiers are rude. I would like the management to take measures to eliminate these comments.
The store is for middle-income customers, which it positions, but the qualifications of the service personnel require improvement. And 1-2 terminals are not enough, especially during the influx of customers.4.0.
The choice is so-so, I would not buy products on a large scale here. The service is also not up to par, saleswomen often sit absently and do not answer questions very politely) prices are also not encouraging.
