Right in the store in the queue, as it turned out, this woman was the deputy head, was rude to customers, yelled at the whole store at her seller so that it could probably be heard outside, an elderly woman made remarks to her, but this person began to yell even more. The queue at the finished goods department was disrupted, as the seller left with tears in her eyes. And then I read the ads that the store needs sellers. How do people work after such a piggy relationship. Who will go to work for you. A very unpleasant aftertaste, after going to the store.

Today I was served in this store and was shocked by the management, or rather by the deputy manager. When queuing in the meat department, in very raised tones, she communicated with the seller and drove her directly to the cashier, not letting the buyer go. Expressing aggression and indignation at the customers who made comments to her about her tone and the fact that it is not necessary to find out the working moments in front of the whole store. My impressions of the store were the most negative. How can sellers work and serve customers with a smile after such a management attitude.
