They repaired it for a week + because of the holidays, after a week I stopped reacting at all ... the warranty was still valid, I didn't go already (the guy who wrote out the warranty put down the delivery date, be careful) I gave 35 rubles for repairs, it would be better to buy a new one right away)

I replaced the display module assembly on the Huawei Mate 20 lite phone. Although the price was not the cheapest, it attracted positive feedback, so I decided to replace it in this service. The workshop assured that the original display module was installed, and the price for it was appropriate. As a result, after 2 weeks of using the phone, a crack appeared on the display, although the phone did not drop or receive mechanical damage. The display itself involuntarily changes brightness, battery life has also been reduced, in a word, there are clear signs that a Chinese fake was installed, and not the original display. The glue between the phone frame and the display, according to a service employee, should have fallen off by itself after two or three days, however, it is the second month of using the phone, and the glue is still in place, apparently too "reliable".
As a result, for the expensive price of the service, a phone with a cracked Chinese display and sticking glue on the frame was received.
I am extremely disappointed, since the workshop workers apparently took advantage of my inattention and trust in them, since I did not make any special checks, trusting the workers and their words about the screen.

I never thought that nowadays, there are such professionals in their field! Who do not pursue profit, but prefer quality. I applied to repair honor 30, my daughter smashed the screen into trash... The original screen costs a lot of money, I didn't even plan to install it. Initially, I went to the guys with the exact installation that I would put a copy. But they gave me substantial arguments against the copy in the dialogue and also made a HUGE discount on the original screen. I would not have found such a price anywhere. There are no questions about culture, but the master has a lot of complacency. They offered to buy a phone from me for spare parts, and asked me to bring it. I brought it, then turned it on and disassembled it without my knowledge. After that, some kind of malfunction was detected. And they started lowering the price. Further more interestingly, the backlight of the screen began to flicker, to my question they said that it would pass but in half an hour. Then there were broken pixels on the screen. They put it in some kind of car for a couple of minutes and everything disappeared. At the exit, the phone was not bought as previously agreed, and time was wasted. In the future, before making any manipulations with clients' devices, ask if they are against it!!! I do not advise contacting this service center!!!

I handled a very difficult remon: the modem died in the iPhone 7. In other service centers, they advised to throw out the phone (they did not undertake repairs). I-BOLIT said that they would try, and that payment would be made only if the repair was successful. As a result, the phone was turned on 1.5 days later. It's been working for the second month - so far, no problems.
Among the disadvantages, I would advise the guys to pay more attention to communication with customers: I had to periodically go and find out about the progress of diagnostics / repairs, although they said they would report themselves)). Maybe it's just how I got it.

It was necessary to clean the earpiece in the phone (it was very quiet to hear the interlocutor).When contacting them in advance on the social network, with a description of his problem, the master said that he needed to disassemble the phone, take everything off, etc. I took it at the end of the working day, I said I would pick it up tomorrow also at the end. I'm coming to pick it up. I check-the speaker is just as quiet. It can be seen that the grille has been cleaned from above (most likely it was not even disassembled). I say, guys, nothing has changed that way. They began to claim that it had become better, etc. As a result, they said come back in an hour, they say we will do it.(one wonders what they did before that.) I come in an hour later, the phone is covered in kontselyarsky rubber bands (they still opened the phone). I checked the speaker, everything is fine. They said not to remove the elastic bands yet, so that the glue would freeze. The phone was discharged, turned it off (somehow through elastic bands) and did not touch it as they said. At home, I also put it in elastic bands turned off for charging. After 2 hours, I turn it on and see that the screen is broken from above and the edges are covered in yellow spots.
I wrote to them, they said:The master must have passed it when he was assembling the phone at the end of the day.Don't worry, we'll do everything. We apologize for the inconvenience.It was just a lot of work and I was probably in a hurry at the end of the day.
I had to take the phone back, and then go to pick it up again. Let's see how the replaced screen behaves in the future.
As a result, the repair, which should have been a couple of hours, dragged on for a couple of days. I spent my time traveling back and forth. And due to the negligence of the craftsmen, the factory screen had to be changed.
I add: the phone was fully checked a couple of days later. It is impossible to talk on the phone, the interlocutor hears a wild echo. We checked with different interlocutors, different operators on our phone. As a result, you will have to buy another phone, because it can no longer perform its main function.

And they would have done fine, but no, it turned out that I had a non-standard connector (in a mass-produced laptop) and they would have said that there were no connectors, we could not fix it, so they spent another day and did not solve the problem in any way.As a result, 3 days are wasted, and the laptop is still charging poorly.
