Incompetent service and kindergarten. They haven't heard about Apple's global warranty, or pretend they haven't. They come up with reasons on the go why they need to pay them money: "We don't know anything, there is no such thing in Kazakhstan, Apple does not provide this."
I took the phone to another official service, where they immediately carried out a superficial diagnosis and took it for free further diagnostics and free repairs.
Nice people work, they met the repair deadlines, they do not respond well to the phones indicated on the receipt, it is better to write to the manager directly.
