You can get there either by car or by bus, which very rarely runs. The inscription is so-so. But the view is gorgeous

If you go under the inscription and go around the hill, then there is an old stone staircase up the mountain, it is very unusual and outrageous. But it's dangerous)
The park is equipped with gazebos and barbecue grills. A very pleasant place with an incredible view.
