If you consider that this place should be with fast and not expensive food, then there is a complete failure, the only thing that is true is the speed of cooking. Prices have become average, as if this is not fast food, but a full-fledged cafe. The quality of the food leaves much to be desired, saving on sauces, which is why the dishes turn out dry. For this money, you can find a much better snack.

The Law on Consumer Rights of the Republic of Kazakhstan says that when ordering, a person has every right to sit in the room until closing time. My friends and I asked them to present the rules of the institution, to which we were told that they had them verbally. Let them read the laws and write the rules first, and then say something. And please do not wipe the tables on the fly with a floor mop.
