I bought the ring a year and a half ago, I do not know what happened to it, but it is clear that the gilding has completely peeled off .The problem started back in 2022 in the summer, I wanted to return it, but the warranty was only 6 months, so there was no point anymore, but it's a shame to spend significant amounts on rings that you don't attribute.The claims are only to the developers , because they liked the ring very much , and now there is no use from it at all from words .

A good store. Polite staff. A good selection of bracelets and charms. But the prices, as elsewhere in Pandora, are not budget-friendly. Good location near the railway station. Walking distance from the bus stop.

Today, I visited your store for the first time!I usually buy things like jewelry outside of Belarus)I didn't even know that we have this network in Gomel!And, I want to say, I was pleasantly surprised!!!!I usually don't leave reviews!But, today, I was just inspired!!!The mood and positive charge remained for the whole day!!!The service is excellent!And, there is something to compare it with!In general, I urgently needed to buy something for a close friend, I didn't even imagine what at all) what a blessing that such a wonderful girl advised me (I may be mistaken in the name, it seems to be Olga)Emotionally, I already forgot))Thank her very much!!To say that I was satisfied is to say nothing!!!!I explained the situation to the consultant that, in principle, a friend has everything, and nothing will surprise her))But when I was offered a bracelet with charms that can complement this bracelet, I was completely delighted that I would not need to rack my head next time on the subject of a gift!It's just a bomb!!I don't wear bracelets myself, but the idea has hung in my head so much that I'm thinking about it myself))The only thing I was worried about was that the bracelet wouldn't fit.....but, the consultant "calculated" the size so professionally, literally by the selection method, that I am shocked myself))I rarely come to Gomel, but today I am filled with a sense of pride that after all, our service and customer service are not inferior to the "foreign" one!!!Once again, I want to express my gratitude to the girl consultant!!!I will come back again and again)

Everything is great, but I got into the pre-holiday turmoil, there were a lot of people, there were not enough sellers for everyone. It is better to come there in advance for gifts. The charms are mixed up in places where what and for how much is unclear. Accordingly, you feel awkward.

I came to the store to buy a certain ring model. I went to the consultant, showed a photo of the ring model and asked if this ring was available. The answer to this question was: "all the rings are on display, go and look. If it's not in the window, it means it's not in the store, or go to the store's website and see if it's available in our store." To say that I was shocked is to say nothing. I will not visit this store anymore because of the impression I have!
I will be very happy to make the necessary purchase in Minsk!
