We definitely recommend the hotel. We rested in July for 5 days. Polite staff, the building and rooms are clean, cleaning was done every day. They will always respond to any request and help.
The subway is next to each other, it takes 5 minutes to walk. There are 3 stations to the center.
We did not have breakfast, but this is not a problem, because there is a large store opposite, where you can buy cheesecakes, sandwiches, buns or assemble a breakfast for every taste.
There is a patio on site. In the evenings we sat there, played cards and chatted. Thanks to the hotel for the warm welcome. All doubts were groundless. If we come again, we will definitely stay here.

Tea, coffee, kettle in the room, cooler on the floor. The sound insulation is good, it's quiet around the hotel, we slept great there! I liked the hotel, great location, Petrovshchyna metro station is 6 minutes away, I didn't even use a taxi in the city, the room is clean, there is a kettle, tea bags, coffee, sugar. The water cooler is in the hallway. I didn't take breakfast, I ate in the city. But in the evening I went for a snack, I wanted soup, which I can say is a very pleasant Westphalia restaurant, good service and delicious. I will definitely go to the hotel, The price and quality correspond. There are no toothbrushes, pastes, slippers in the room, but it's 3 stars, it didn't bother me.

Great hotel, everything is clean and tidy. The receptionists are courteous and help with everything. I went to the restaurant in the evening once in four days, it was almost always closed for events (But the food is delicious, the service is fast.
One of the disadvantages is a very unstable Wi-Fi, working remotely was a torment, as a result, I distributed the Internet from my phone. In general, I recommend it!)

An excellent hotel for the declared 3 stars. The level of staff and service is even higher! 6 minutes walk to the metro station. For those who understand: the location and minor roughness of the infrastructure is compensated by a highly customer-oriented attitude towards customers.
German cuisine in the restaurant. Not everywhere is so similar to what is offered in Munich, for example! Delicious!

A very nice hotel. Attentive staff. The room has a refrigerator and a kettle. A comfortable bed. Good location, near metro, supermarket, cooking. You can have breakfast and lunch at the hotel restaurant. I recommend. And in general, Minsk is a wonderful city, there are many interesting places. The Bolshoi Opera and Ballet Theatre is impressive. You can go to Nesvizh, to the Radziwill Castle.

That is, such a "Buffet" on paper, which does not speed up, but on the contrary, slows down your breakfast, plus you do not see what it looks like what you will eat. In general, the hotel has pleasant impressions, friendly staff, Wi-Fi, everything is clean and odorless, BUT! There is a restaurant at the hotel, breakfast is served in the restaurant from 7 am. My friends and I were after a long trip, checked in, wanted to have breakfast and go on vacation. Arriving at the restaurant for breakfast, the bartender told us in an absolutely indifferent tone that there was no breakfast and there would be no breakfast. When we asked a clarifying question, how long at least approximately should we expect breakfast (in order to understand for ourselves whether it makes sense to wait or go to another place for breakfast), the bartender said that he did not know. I think this is absolutely not a client-oriented approach, such indifferent behavior should not be shown!

A very good hotel, everything you need is a little extra. Comfortable, convenient. Friendly and always ready to help reception staff, neat maids.
We were disappointed only by the buffet breakfasts - unreasonably expensive. On the first day the pancakes were cold and wooden, on the second day they had to wait... And the staff at the restaurant was not in too much of a hurry to help. Self-preparation of coffee is a whole adventure.

We were with my daughter in mid-April. We really liked it. It was quiet until the next room was checked in. The conversation and music didn't seem to be loud, but it seemed like it was all in our room. The room was clean. Everything is cooked very tasty in the restaurant except seafood, mussels and shrimp for some reason the chefs do not succeed (these dishes were ordered several times). Overall a good hotel.

Нормальный отель с удобным расположением и по приятной цене. Бронировали два номера, так как путешествовали большой семьей. Приятно, что номера были по соседству.
Отличная шумоизоляция. Чисто, ухоженно. Интересно, что сам отель располагается в бывшем институте им. Гёте и имеет бронированные жалюзи и очень толстые стены :-)
При этом есть и много минусов:
- дорогой завтрак, причём в первое утро его выдавали сухпайками из-за санитарного дня. В итоге решили в отеле не завтракать вообще;
- просьбу предоставить детскую кроватку проигнорировали. Не проблема, если их просто нет, так как не все гостиницы их предоставляют. Но можно было бы так и сказать, а не «ой, извините, не получилось»;
- третью подушку для ребёнка в номер мы так и не дождались. Как будто подушки у отеля исключительно по количеству кроватей;
- тапочки и набор для чистки зубов за отдельную плату на ресепшене - ну такое, из прошлого века.
В целом отеле можно рекомендовать с поправкой на пункты, указанные выше.

I spent 3 nights here from October 5th to 8th. I chose it because of the reviews and location (near the metro, near the store and to the train station in a straight line). I didn't regret it. If I'm in Minsk, definitely here again.
Upon arrival, they immediately said that it might be a little noisy during the day. But it didn't matter to me personally, I walked around Minsk all day and returned by 9-10. So noisy work did not interfere at all. On the first night, only late in the evening, some neighbors were very noisy until 12 o'clock. But I was very tired and fell asleep anyway, then it was quiet, wonderful.
I really liked the room. We settled on the 4th floor at the end of the corridor. Nice view from the window, panoramic Windows in the corridor. In the room (the simplest) there was a leather armchair and a coffee table (pleasantly surprised, very cool when I came tired and just want to sit down to stick, relax) and an ordinary table with a chair. There was a cup, a plate, a spoon in my opinion, tea, sugar, tea, coffee, a kettle - everything you need. The refrigerator also worked. The only thing I wanted was bottled water, but uncritically, in principle. The room is clean, the outlets are working, everything is OK in the shower too. Very clean towels and bed linen. Yes, water accumulates quickly, it is necessary to wash carefully, but in general it is also uncritical.
As for accessories - a shower cap, the space at the mirror in the bathroom is very nice. The sink has its own dispenser, the shower has its own. I was afraid from the reviews that he would be alone. But no. Again, it didn't cause me any problems. Well, just think, one dispenser for the body and hair. I'm not going to live here) But still I would really like slippers for free for such a price) Again, it didn't cause me any difficulties, just in general. I always take dental and shaving supplies with me, a tube of paste and a brush do not take up much space, so the fact that they are here for a fee is also unimportant for me, I do not want to take off a star for any such trifles, since the advantages outweigh. Cleanliness and the absence of foreign odors are important to me.
The guys at the reception are very nice and polite. I liked everything. Thank you very much!

Отель оставил исключительно положительные эмоции. Гостиница с типично-немецким подходом. Квадратиш-практиш гуд.
Небольшие, но очень чистые продуманные номера. Удобное расположение комнат, лифт, безбаръерная среда, круглосуточная стойка ресепшена, вежливый, квалифицированный персонал.
В 10 метрах есть парковка, В 100 метрах магазин, до центра города 10 минут на авто.

Расположение хорошее, тихий просторный район, широкий проспект, вокруг много кафе, магазинов, аптек и тд. Имеется парковка для машин. До центра 5 остановок на метро. Метро кстати в 7 минутах хотьбы.
Персонал вежливый, все расскажет и подскажет. При бронировании просила оставить в номере бокалы, пожелание учли. Уборка в номере ежедневно, с чистотой там порядок)
В ресторане вкусные континентальные завтраки, можно так же что-то заказать из меню,пообедать и поужинать. Цены не кусаются.
Из минусов: очень душно в холле, на этажах. Номера слегка подустали, где-то коцанная мебель, углы, немного портит вид. Ужасный wi-fi. Думаю руководству стоит обратить на это внимание и исправить существенный недостаток, многие люди работают и необходим интернет, а приходится танцы с бубнами устраивать.
Кровать удобная, спалось отлично.
На 3 звезды вполне тянет, цена=качество.
Негатива не осталось.
Приеду ли я еще, если буду в Минске? Да

Случайно получилось позавтракать. Был мексиканский завтрак. Очень вкусно. Фирменный чизкейк просто изумительный. Интерьер очень спокойный в постельный тонах. Понравился. Много пространства. Очень вкусно и приятный персонал. По утрам хорошая фоновая музыка. Чисто,аккуратно, вкусно!!! При возможности обязательно зайду ещё.

Вполне приличная гостиница на 2 звёзды. На ресепшене молодые люди,всегда готовы помочь. Завтрак шведский стол в пересчёте на российский рубль 900 рублей. Отель 4 этажа, номера расположены на теневой стороне, на этаже кулер, в номере чайник, стаканы, кружки, чай и кофе дают при заезде. Холодильник минибар работает только на охлаждение, продукты лучше не хранить. Из мыльных принадлежностей жидкое мыло. В номерах чисто, убирают каждый день, но за 8 дней нам меняли только полотенца. От метро 400 метров, ночью тихо, только по субботам проводят свадьбы и можно немножко не поспать, поэтому надо брать номера после 205, 305, 306.
