We stayed at the hotel for a week in September. We had a family superio with a side view of the sea. We were satisfied with the number, although there was no Russian channel, although it was announced on the TV, but there was no signal. For 3 days we went to the reception with a request to fix the problem, but nothing changed. Then we got tired of asking. The room cleaning was good. We were satisfied with the territory. The Internet catches everywhere!The sea and the beach are gorgeous! I didn't like the food. The restaurant does not have juices in the package, I think this is not acceptable for a 5-star hotel. I also didn't like the fact that the restaurant opened for lunch and dinner 10 minutes late, we haven't seen this anywhere. Moreover, when the manager opened the restaurant, they were just starting to cook hot. The lack of a children's menu was also unpleasant. The hotel has a children's and adult water park. The children were delighted. I didn't like the work of the rescuers near the water park, they turned on the slides at will and not on time. When asked why the slides were not working, they answered for 10 minutes and continued to sit on the phone. They also did not track the distance on the slide, because of this the child received a bruise. I also did not like the behavior of the animators in the restaurant, who are in line for food ahead of tourists, I think this is not acceptable. I consider all these disadvantages significant, I ask the managers to take into account our wishes. And we will be happy to come to you again!

An excellent hotel by Tunisian standards, good and courteous staff, clean and large swimming pool, good cuisine, the sea is right next to the hotel, the hotel is more suitable for those with children. The animation is very weak

A wonderful hotel on the Mediterranean coast. Clean, cozy rooms. Friendly and smiling staff, always ready to help. Delicious and varied cuisine. There is a great pool, an indoor pool and a sauna. In addition to the main pool, there is a second smaller one with a water slide and a pool with slides for children. The hotel's restaurant has high chairs for small children. I recommend that anyone who plans to visit Tunisia choose this hotel

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is new and construction and repairs are still ongoing, it did not bother me personally, but some complained about the noise, most likely these are people who prefer to relax in the room))). The room is great, the only downside is that there is no place to hang a towel in the bathroom, but I think this will be fixed soon. The food is very plentiful, varied, everything is in abundance and in excellent quality, fruits, vegetables, fish, chicken, pork, beef, cheeses, sausages, ice cream, everything is in abundance and always when the main restaurant is closed, another snack room is open, pancakes, fruits, coffee, tea are always welcome. There are a lot of drinks in the bar, beer is by the way nothing compared to Turkey. The water is tasteless. The service is excellent, the staff is polite and friendly. We always had dinner outside, almost on the beach))). The pool is cool, with sun beds in the middle and along the entire pool. The sea is clean, the sand is the only thing that will have to go a little for swimming, but for children the most important thing is that the beach is cleaned every morning by the hotel staff and the sand is loosened with a rake, all the grass and garbage if it comes is cleaned. There are plenty of sun beds, no need to fight and run to borrow, besides there are soft pads on them. I liked the climate very much, at a temperature of +40 there is no humidity and you do not sweat, the breeze from the sea blows. Maybe I forgot something. In general, we really enjoyed our vacation in Tunisia, we recommend this hotel, next time we want to go there too. Have a good rest!)))

A great hotel for Tunisia! There are unpleasant little things like the lack of bathrobes, dirt in the lobby, flies, but the beach and the magnificent sea compensate for everything. The food is very good, the animation is excellent.

We were in the first half of the year after the opening. The hotel itself is not bad, but there are a lot of unfinished repairs, lack of own transport (and taxi drivers are very arrogant, because they have no competition) the location is not good, there are no shops, bars, clubs nearby, nothing! In a year, maybe a year and a half, when all the improvements are done, it should become an excellent hotel!
