A good hotel. A good view restaurant. Everything is within walking distance. Beaches with black sand... cool water. Restaurants with a wide selection of dishes. And there are many shops nearby.

We have vacationed with the whole family at this hotel many times. A wonderful hotel!!!! (like all IBEROSTAR) The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very polite!!! All issues that arise are resolved immediately. A separate item is food!!!!!! This is a feature of IBEROSTAR!!!! A very, very wide variety of dishes!!!! And it's always VERY tasty!!! The territory is well maintained!!! The ocean is 5-7 minutes away by walking. I recommend this hotel to everyone!!!

Great hotel. Justifies its level completely. Good food, clean rooms, polite staff. However, there are minor problems with parking on site due to the cars of the hotel staff. The hotel administration ignores this problem.

Very nice hotel, convenient access to the ocean, 2 cool pools, great views from the Windows. Always a fun animation in the evenings. My family and I like this hotel chain, always at the highest level.

I would advise you to improve: write the truth in the description of the rooms on the same booking, because there is practically no see view, at best - side see view. Torn (!!!) towels and chipped pieces on almost all the dishes in the restaurant are the bottom...for 4* The ungracious and extremely lazy staff, unwashed tiles by the pool, 2 meters from the sunbed to the pool you walk without slippers and - voila, you have black dirty feet ... In Tenerife for the 1st time and nothing can spoil our vacation, but not a foot in this hotel anymore.
