The hotel is a fairy tale, overlooking the garden with palm trees and the ocean from the balcony! Everything is clean, the room was cleaned every day, the staff is polite, the rooms are spacious, the minibar was replenished every day, coffee, cola, beer ...
The beach is beautiful, the sand is clean, algae when washed ashore, always cleaned... the drinks are different, not only local, I really liked pinot calada and sparkling wine.
Animators are funny! There was dancing and fitness... A good gym.
The excursions are good...1. We went whale watching, saw a few and even a family with a baby...2. Cirque Du Soleil, very cool, Coco Bongo club is fun with a great show program. And of course, the photo shoot on the Macau beach is simply amazing!

I am delighted with this holiday, I really want to return to this hotel!!!🥰

Excellent service! They are very tasty to feed and drink! They keep clean and tidy not only in the rooms, but also on the territory of the hotel! Clean pools. Friendly staff. There are entertainment programs!

Large room, balcony with flowers. A beautiful, well-maintained territory occupies a huge space, and in front of the hotel kilometers of gardens separate from the road. The beach is sandy, umbrellas made of palm trees, there are always free sun beds, but it may not be on the first line or just in the sun. The sea is beautiful, but the waves are like everywhere else in the Atlantic.This may be important for tourists with children. Although children like to swing on the waves. The animation is quite professional during the day and in the evening. The food is generally good, varied and of high quality. But comparing with another hotel, especially 4, I would still like more. The fruits are not always ripe, often the coffee machine did not work in the morning. There are some breaks and changes of dishes in the bars on the beach. Then hamburgers, after baking for half an hour. Fruits only at lunch and breakfast. In another hotel, the beach bar had a full range and disposable dishes all day. The plastic cups here are dubiously processed. The room has cosmetics in large bottles, gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap. But surprisingly there is no shower cap, not to mention slippers, bathrobes, threads. There is a coffee maker in the room. It can be used as a kettle.There are several pools, but they are in one place for two hotels with a common area.
