I really liked this hotel.I had a rest in March 2023. It is located next to the metro, which helps a lot, you can get to all the attractions. Excellent breakfasts. There is a free bus from the hotel to Al Mamzar Beach, boarding at the side of the hotel. In order to use it, it is better to make an appointment at the reception in advance.
IBIS is a chain of hotels. Our hotel is located on a busy street, very close to the metro station and bus stops. There are many markets nearby. The hotel is three stars. There is no swimming pool in this hotel, but there is a gym. There is a restaurant. We took only breakfast, everything was very tasty. But sometimes there was a very spicy omelet. Well, there were always dishes of local cuisine, very spicy for us. I can't say anything about lunch and dinner. In the evening, when we returned to the room, we saw some themed parties. There is an alcohol bar. The room can be selected for smokers and non-smokers. The windows do not open, there is no balcony, there is a problem with swimsuits. There is a rope in the shower, but the laundry does not dry. I had to dry it on the table by the window. The air conditioner worked well, but the setup needs to be sorted out. They cleaned every day, changed towels, replenished coffee, tea, sugar, two bottles of water. Towels give two bath towels and one for hands. They asked for extra feet on the floor, gave them two more large ones without any problems. They also asked for the same water in addition, they never refused, they always gave it. And if you say that you don't need to clean today, you are ready to give water, a stack of towels, and a tea set. There is a business center nearby. There is no Russian-speaking staff in this hotel, but Google translator to help, well, or English language proficiency. In general, the hotel is very decent for its three stars, I recommend it.
Just returned from a trip , what can I say about this hotel :
1. Upon check-in, they gave us a completely smoky room, came to change it at the reception, said that there were no other rooms, after communicating with a higher-ranking manager, the number was changed, so it was, but they did not want to give it to us, and in general it seemed like some kind of neglect was felt as to Russians.
2. The hotel is tired, of course, but it did not cause a feeling of disgust
3. The linen is white, the pillows are new
4. There are two gel dispensers in the bathroom, no slippers, etc.
5. There is a normal iron and an ironing board, this is a plus
6. There is a window, but the view from the window is on the roof of the old building
7. Cleaning every day and water
8. There is a gym on the 6th floor, which is a big plus
9. We more than liked the breakfasts
10. I liked the dinner too, the caesar salad was very good
11. The street where the hotel is located is dirty, it looks more like an Egyptian street than a Dubai one
12. In general, I can't say anything critically bad, I'm fine for a couple of nights
Clean, good breakfast and dinner, near the metro. The room has a kettle, cups, tea, coffee and water bottles all for free, replenished daily. In addition, there is an iron and a hairdryer in the room. The transfer to the beach departs at an inconvenient time (there at 10, back at 15), in the heat. You need to sign up for a transfer and those who did not fall within the limit were not put on the bus, but after the outrage they began to send everyone who did not have enough space on the bus by taxi. We mainly used a taxi (from Alrigga metro station about 30 dirhams to Al Mamzar beach, 15-20 minutes by time), a city bus 3 dirhams, but an hour to go. There is no Russian-speaking staff, but there is Wi-Fi and you can communicate through an interpreter. An adapter is needed for sockets, you can ask for it at the reception. To travel by public transport and enter Al Mamzar beach, you need to buy a silver card (it is possible in the subway, it costs 25 dirhams, the account will be 19 dirhams), if at the end of the holiday there is money left on the card, it can be returned to the subway, we were withheld for cashing 6 dirhams. In the direction of the Union metro station (after leaving the hotel turn right) there is a large shopping center in which there is a grocery store on the second floor, where you can buy ready-made food. Of the minuses, I would note a large number of people in the area, mainly Hindus, Pakistanis, etc., leaving the hotel in the evening there is nowhere to spit, but everyone is friendly. In general, the price/quality ratio is normal.
Quite a hotel- the area is convenient- the metro is 5 minutes away, the location is real shopping nearby, there is a free transfer from the hotel to the beach and back, the food is very good, the rooms are really all the same / from those that we saw- there are not enough places for clothes, we had to leave suitcases in the middle of the room. Overall, I liked everything, I think I'll go back there.
I have been to hotels of this chain in many countries, so I was counting on a certain level of comfort...
1. At breakfast there were dishes of Arabic and probably Indian cuisine (various versions of a mash of stewed beans, and all this with a lot of seasonings. Not every stomach can stand it), eggs, some greens and burnt coffee. That's it.
2. View from the window: behind the hotel, literally 10 meters away (windows to Windows, no kidding!), there is a hostel of Indian guest workers. If desired, you can see their life in all its details without straining. As you understand, the Indians are watching the hotel guests with keen interest... I had to live with curtained windows all the time :(
This is the third time in Dubai. On a previous visit, we noted this Hotel for ourselves as we lived next to it. The hotel has very good locations near the metro. The hotel is a well-known global hotel chain and this means that it will have uniform standards of service quality. The rooms are not large, and the whole grid has the same design. The breakfasts are quite good.
I had a rest with my son in May! A cozy and clean hotel in the center of Deira, pleasant reception staff , delicious and varied breakfast, a la carte dinner, which I really liked, everything is very tasty, the staff of Thakshila, Harshani and Johib are always friendly and smiling! There is a transfer to the sea, we went to the paid Mamzar beach, entrance is 5 dirhams,
Very friendly staff, attentive, always positive, with a smile. The hotel itself is cozy, comfortable, cleaning every day. The breakfasts are amazing, there is something to choose from. The lunches are also delicious. The location of the hotel is good, near the metro station Al Rigga. Meogo cafe, McDonald's, KFS, 20 minutes walk to the Gold Market. There is a transfer to the beach. Free water, 2 bottles, tea, coffee - everything is brought to the room every day. I recommend the hotel.
Corresponds to 3*, when checking in, they ask which room is needed for smokers or not. We chose a non-smoker, since the windows do not open, we settled on the 6th floor, where the gym is located, it was impossible to sleep from 7 a.m. There are European sockets in the room. There are no accessories in the bathroom (soap, shampoo). Mostly the Indian contingent, there is a feeling on the street that you are somewhere in Istanbul, not in Dubai))))
The metro is nearby, 3 minutes on foot.
For one night for 3-4 thousand rubles, it will go.
We have been vacationing at this hotel since April 15 together with a friend. Yes, the location is good, the center of Deira, the breakfasts are also normal. In principle, everyone writes about this. It didn't work out for us from the very beginning. We arrived at the airport, met the guide, but there was no transfer. After a long flight, people with and without children stood and waited 25 minutes for the bus to arrive. He (the driver) had a prayer, and he didn't care that tired people were waiting for him. We finally arrived at the hotel. We were registered for a very long time. They were looking for something, they asked for the phone's ID address, I don't understand why. Finally they gave me the keys. Such joyful ones went to their room. We come, and there is one bed. Suitcases in hand and back at the reception. They started looking for something again, looking, they say there is no room with two beds. Like sleep together, or let one sleep on the floor. We are shocked by such impudence. We say we are not husband and wife to sleep together and we are not going to sleep on the floor. Then let's have a second room with one bed. Four people ran together again, again they began to watch something. Then they say a room with separate beds, only for smokers. In general, we were already figs, just to lie down and sleep off the road. For two hours they have been murdering us on this recipe. So we lived all 11 days, in a smoking room. Transfer to the beach, it's just a lie, every day, we signed up, and then it turned out we were not on the list. They lie that they wrote it down, they have as many lists as there are employees at the reception. There were not enough places for everyone. On Monday and Wednesday, at first they said the bus would not arrive. Let's take a taxi. Then it turned out that there was a bus on Wednesday. Then they said that there would be no bus on Sunday either. Already knowing that we might not get there, we took a taxi again. So we traveled half of our days, 50 derham there and back,
although we chose a hotel so that there was a transfer to the beach. You can't believe them. They cheat. The work is absolutely not organized. Some kind of disgrace and complete indifference. We were very upset with such a reception and attitude to our guests. Please contact the administration, put things in order, organize normal work at the reception and transfer
The location of the hotel is a minus, it is a working area, from where it takes quite a long time to get to Dubai Mall 45 minutes by metro to Dubai Marina 1 hour 15 minutes. Plus, it's dirty next to the hotel. Also, the hotel room is very tired, stains on carpets that are no longer washed , old furniture. The bed linen is clean, the room is cleaned every day and towels are changed. The hotel staff is friendly, which is also a plus. The breakfasts are simple, but everything is always fresh.
A chic hotel. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. A wide selection of buffet dishes. There are no minuses, the only drawback, but not a minus, is that the beach is a little far away. The hotel is 10 out of 10.
I recommend it!!!
Very nice Hotel: comfortable room (good mattress, coffee, tea, water, refrigerator, iron and board in the room), everything is very clean and new, nice to be in. The breakfasts and dinners are delicious and made of quality products, the staff is friendly. The level of comfort is better than in fours. I definitely recommend it
The hotel is convenient for the location of the metro and cafes. Otherwise, it's just terrible. The smell is in the hotel and in the room. The food is not very good, it's better to go outside and buy something tastier.
But the service is good.
The hotel is a well-known chain and generally corresponds to its level (I note from the minuses that the breakfasts are weak, of the same type, and the windows in the rooms do not open). BUT, I can't advise this area for accommodation from the word AT ALL (far away by taxi and by public transport from all known locations of the city, beaches, the vast majority of residents are representatives of Asian and African countries, which brings color).
At the moment I'm sitting in the lobby of a much-vaunted mid-price hotel. The plane arrived at 5 a.m. and I was already at the hotel at 7 a.m. local time. Check-in at 14:00. And so that everyone would understand, I was refused breakfast and lunch. That is, I was offered the first meal at 20:00. There was no such thing even in impoverished Cuba. It just doesn't make sense to me. Is that the way to start getting to know your guests? Shame. So that it would be completely clear how much I eat....My clothing size is 42!
Anyone who plans to stay at this hotel, keep in mind that there is no declared free transfer to the sea in fact. Only 10 seats have been allocated, which in the end it is simply impossible to get to. They're just cheating. We were allegedly booked for a few days. And in the end, we were not on the list. We stand like fools at the counter. This is some kind of disgrace. They don't want to solve the issue. There are no seats and that's it, no one cares. We chose the hotel only based on the free transfer, but in the end it simply does not exist. They don't want to talk to us. I'm just in shock. Previously, we were in other hotels in Dubai, if there were not enough seats on the bus, then we allocated additional flights. And here they just send you far away, like come tomoroo…
I am very happy with the trip. This was the fourth visit to the Emirate. In my opinion, the best. And the hotel is located in a good location. Metro nearby, shops, Cafes, everything is within walking distance. They took me to the beach. In general, the trip was a success.
The hotel is conveniently located. The staff is friendly.there are no Russian speakers at the reception. There is no transfer from the word at all. It is available only when selling you a ticket. In fact, it is not possible to enroll. And if you are recorded, then you are not on the list when boarding. The bus is already full . There are no shampoos or soaps in the rooms, there is only a shower gel. Rooms are cleaned every day. The food is delicious , you can choose .
City hotel in Deira district. Good breakfast, 7-10 minutes to Deira Shopping Center. Five minutes from the entrance to the subway, which is very convenient. Transfer to the beach and back.
The place is super . You can stop here for a few days . Near the metro . A good cafe Safadi. Near the center of Deira .Near City Center , shopping center .
If you don't need to go to Deira, then it's better to pay a little more and live in a better area. Only for local hard workers, not for tourists. There may be cockroaches from time to time.
I liked everything. The room is lively, the breakfast is excellent, metro, T.C., currency exchange, cafe, within a radius of 300 meters.

Pros: free parking, price
Cons: we got a cold, damp, noisy room, even clothes could not dry, although it was +32 outside
After we changed the number, it became much better.
Whether this hotel is good or not depends on which room you get.
Small rooms, musty smell. The extractor hood does not work well in the shower, everything is wet and does not dry. They changed our room, but everything was the same in it.
A good hotel in terms of price / quality ratio, but at night in the room something bit my hand several times. I really hope it's not bedbugs. Based on this, the rating is set.
A wonderful hotel in terms of price-quality ratio. Clean, cleaned every day, bring water, tea, coffee, sugar for free. The room has a kettle, two cups. The very center of Deira, there are plenty of cafes and convenience stores nearby. For breakfast buffet (very varied and delicious, excellent coffee from the coffee machine). There is a free shuttle service to Al Mamzar Beach, every day from 10:00 to 15:00.
I highly recommend it for traveling)))
The location is convenient, but unfortunately either it's like that everywhere, or I got a room with a smell of dampness, the hotel technician said that he did not understand what the problem was and could not help
Nice hotel, located in the center of Deira, delicious breakfasts and dinners! The only negative is that there is no transfer to the beach, it was canceled due to the caron virus.
Very convenient location of the hotel, near 2 metro stations, cafes, shops, etc. Friendly and friendly staff. The room has air conditioning, refrigerator, other amenities.
Nice hotel. The rooms are not very large, we were lucky with the view, but there are rooms without windows. Breakfast is very good, great location, everything is nearby. The main thing is not to take a room on a smoking floor. In general, we are very pleased with this hotel, we can say that it is almost 4.
Great hotel. I recommend it. Only there would be more towels per person, and so the price corresponds to the quality. Wi-Fi works great everywhere. Metro nearby, shops too. For those who came not to sit in the room. I'll be back again)
