Disgusting attitude towards the guests. Three days before arrival, the reservation was confirmed through Booking. We arrived at night, tired. I just wanted to rest. But there was a "surprise" waiting for us. There are no rooms. They don't see our reservation. Although we provided correspondence with the administrator and a confirmed reservation. The girl at the reception shrugged indifferently. This attitude towards the guests is amazing. I have never experienced such an attitude and humiliation in any hotel in Kazakhstan. I highly do not recommend this hotel. And if it was possible to put a score of minus five, I would put minus ten.

There is a price screen at the reception. Breakfast is included in the room rate (you can ask for a package to bring half-eaten food to the room).
There is a laundry room, they clean up every day (change towels, vacuum, make the bed, put 2 bottles of water). Lots of sockets and a refrigerator.
The lovely waiters work until 00:00 in the restaurant, and after that you can order food only in the room.
It's just a pity that the menu is not big.
But! There is a shopping center with shops, banks and restaurants across the street.

There was a room with a view of the railway, the tightness of the windows was beyond praise, nothing could be heard from the street.
There were difficulties with settling in, there was a malfunction in the card system for the room.
While we were waiting, we were offered tea.
The room cards stopped working 20 minutes before the check-out.

Unfortunately, in Aktobe, you can't walk around with a choice. Therefore, we can confidently say that this is the best option from this price category! Only 3 stars! But since it's a grid, it's nice to be there. Everything is clean, cozy rooms, trained staff, convenient location.

The qualification of the service personnel is "Zero", they cannot form accounting documents. Breakfast is for a fee, it is cold nuggets, finding a clean table is a problem...the only plus is a more or less new environment and a clean room. Nini is more here.

We took the opportunity and raised the price tag 3 times. I paid 77 thousand tenge. I also paid extra for the bed. And this is the standard! I was stuck in the elevator for 30 minutes, and no one apologized or tried to help. The breakfasts are not delicious. Terrible hotel, but there is parking.
