What did you like? a new hotel, everything is fresh, cool design and interior of the rooms.
What didn't you like? the rooms do not have bathrobes, a kettle, bathroom accessories (toothbrushes, pastes, toothpicks).

At first, they settled in an unmade room, although it is listed in their database as ready to move in. As a compliment, we were moved to a room with a view of the city. And now attention: in a double room there is a set of towels and slippers - 1 (😡)! In this hotel, the most expensive price tag for breakfast in my memory is 3500 tenge per person. The restaurant is open only until 22:00. Although the hotel has a rule against bringing food with you. In this case, would it be logical to at least leave the option to order in the rooms? The staff is polite, they added 1 star for this. Overall, the Hotel was very disappointing.

The hotel is new. I really liked it. The staff is very friendly. If we compare it with the Ibis in Nur Sultan (Astana) like heaven from earth.
