Only one way to elevator. Have to make a whole round of walk to it if you are placed in a dead end corner.

The location is good, the city center. Public transport is developed in the city itself. The hotel is as it is at the three-star level. The rooms are small, but there is also a choice. Ibis and Novotel are in the same building. This is one organization. The rooms in the hotel are bigger and more comfortable. There are rooms for people with disabilities. Food, breakfast, and the restaurant are not cheap. There are budget cafes near the hotel.
