I've been staying at the hotel for two weeks now. We came as a group to support the production. Nice spacious rooms, well-shaped, do not press. The condition is 5 out of 5. Breakfasts for 5+, a wide range of dishes. Room service is excellent, cleaning service is provided every day. The staff is very polite and helpful. I would like to highlight and thank Altynai from the sales department, who oversees our group. A very competent and responsive person, always in touch. Instantly solves all the issues that arise. And also thanks to her colleague Gulzat.Of the cons, there is no kettle in the rooms, water in the corridor, and little space for things to decompose, but the issue is being resolved.Thank you for the very warm welcome
