Only one way to elevator. Have to make a whole round of walk to it if you are placed in a dead end corner.

The location is good, the city center. Public transport is developed in the city itself.
The hotel is as it is at the three-star level. The rooms are small, but there is also a choice. Ibis and Novotel are in the same building. This is one organization. The rooms in the hotel are bigger and more comfortable. There are rooms for people with disabilities. Food, breakfast, and the restaurant are not cheap. There are budget cafes near the hotel.

I was at this hotel this fall. I really liked the room, everything is comfortable, nothing superfluous. Good location. Wonderful breakfasts! The only drawback is that there is no kettle in the rooms, for environmental reasons. Water can be collected in the corridor, it is not very convenient.

Excellent location, polite, friendly staff. Mostly foreigners settle here. There is even a small fitness room with a sauna. The breakfast is excellent, for every taste. It's a nice restaurant. In the lobby, some girl who can't play tries to play a potpourri on the piano in the morning. It would be perfect if it weren't for the plates of leftovers placed directly on the floor in the corridors.

I've been staying at the hotel for two weeks now. We came as a group to support the production. Nice spacious rooms, well-shaped, do not press. The condition is 5 out of 5. Breakfasts for 5+, a wide range of dishes. Room service is excellent, cleaning service is provided every day. The staff is very polite and helpful.
I would like to highlight and thank Altynai from the sales department, who oversees our group. A very competent and responsive person, always in touch. Instantly solves all the issues that arise. And also thanks to her colleague Gulzat.Of the cons, there is no kettle in the rooms, water in the corridor, and little space for things to decompose, but the issue is being resolved.Thank you for the very warm welcome

Excellent hotel, very conveniently located. Clean rooms, delicious breakfast. The hotel also has a 24-hour cafe and restaurant. Guys, we stayed here for almost a week in the middle of July 2024. Basically, everything is standard. It's a big hotel, but it's not easy to find your room. The rooms are clean and quiet, but for some reason they include air conditioning during cleaning. The staff is polite, but they forgot to make a copy of the documents upon check-in. A good breakfast, but putting together a lunch box is a problem.
In general, we recommend it!
Although, of course, it's up to you to decide.

The old historical center of the city. Once it was the legendary ZHETISU hotel. It is located in the old city center nearby, there are arbats and a bunch of different shops and cafes. There is also a lounge coffee shop in the building itself, as well as a TARA coffee shop with a separate entrance and a Sandyk restaurant that cannot be accessed. There is a check-in directly to the hotel. The corridors are a bit cramped, but overall everything is quite cozy, clean and tidy. The building may be historical, but the renovation here is brand new. As in all the others, the ibis is concise and neat.

Delight! A wonderful hotel - and if you compare it with the Moscow ibises, it's generally 4+, not 3 stars. Ibis Ibiza does not turn out to be different - this one was very pleasantly surprised.
