A great clean hotel on the Cardiff bypass, there are very pleasant prices, We rented a room for 3 days, it was in the area of 2 rubles per day! It is adjacent to a gas station and a supermarket where you can buy food and drink. Minus - it is desirable to have your own wheels to get out into the city and the surrounding area, but this is generally a highly recommended option in Wales, too many delicious things are located outside of Cardiff and other major cities.
