I lived two nights in May. 50 euros per day + 9 euros for breakfast. Excellent hotel, hearty, good breakfasts. Clean, tidy, tea, coffee in the room, two waters in the glass. Quietly, calmly. The high-speed tram is 13 minutes on foot, near the bus stop there is a large supermarket, 10 minutes to the center by tram. There are fields around the hotel, of course, and other hotels. For this money, there are no chain hotels in Istanbul, there are ordinary ones, but the repairs and furniture are much worse. From Ibis, it is better to go to the Otookop stop, this is the nearest one. Breakfast is served on weekdays from 6:30, which is very convenient.
I wanted a non-smoking room, but 3. The corridor where the room given on the floor was located smelled of heavy cigarettes. I didn't want to bother because I was going to stay one night, but it was quite uncomfortable. My experience at Eskişehir and Izmir Ibis Hotels was very good. However, I would not prefer Bursa Ibis Hotel again. The only positive thing is that it has its own parking lot.
If you manage to get to this hotel, by all means avoid rooms from the side of the road-the noise from cars and the constant calls of the mullah to prayer from the radio room in the park opposite will not allow you to sleep normally.
In front of our room there was a room with the door ajar, a couple of days later I looked in, there was an abandoned room with an overturned bed, like in some kind of flophouse....
The cafe downstairs is also frustrating: there are no breakfasts, and in the evening a couple of dishes with a wait of 30-40 minutes at prices that make Colombian drug lords cry.
There are no shops or shopping centers within walking distance.
To summarize, it's a so-so place. Don't expect comfort for sure.
My students and I are delighted with the cuisine and the service.

I was at this hotel on a business trip in mid-July 2023
The hotel itself is not bad
The rooms are clean, nothing is broken or particularly patched
Daily cleaning
The breakfasts are delicious and varied (I don't understand why some write that there is no variety) - during the stay there were no problems with eating delicious food in the morning
Yes, there was a problem with a leaking shower cabin - when contacting the reception, everything was decided the next day (and if I applied in the morning, I would have decided on the same day)
The lack of shops and an elementary pharmacy was more inconvenient
The nearest shops are a 20-minute walk away, as well as all places where you can eat
The nearest pharmacy is 20 minutes away by taxi!
For some reason, the Turks in this particular location (not in the hotel) stubbornly refused to understand English
As a conclusion, the hotel is quite good for a business trip for a few days, but for a vacation I would definitely choose a hotel elsewhere
A three-star hotel... the location is not very good at all... there is really nothing nearby. Good breakfasts, the territory at the hotel allows you to sit on comfortable sofas in the evening and drink foam)
I stayed in three rooms in total, none of them had a hair dryer working. The rooms look very cold and they are very small. It's nice to have a parking lot and they have a great breakfast.
