Great hotel, I really liked it. The breakfasts are delicious. The location is great! There are two metro stations nearby, we went to the one on the left. The bus stop is nearby, we took 81 buses to Kate Beach. Also, the bus station is also nearby, we went from it to the flower park. There are a lot of cafes around, you can find more or less with a suitable kitchen. But we mostly ate shawarma or McDonald's Mall and Chinese food.
The room is small but comfortable. Two bottles of water were brought every day, but no tea (they took it from the breakfasts themselves. The windows don't open. Things do not dry and there is nowhere to dry. Hung on chairs, mirror, etc.) Give two large towels and one for the feet. There is a shower gel and that's it. The beds and pillows are comfortable. We had two beds, we were asked in advance by letter, because I was with my son. It was a little narrow for me, but it probably depends on my build and habits.

Good location - within walking distance of the metro and Mall of the Emirates shopping center. The service will last for 4*, and the young people cleaning the rooms are very polite and helpful - they are just housewives. The beds are comfortable, the linen is clean and pleasant. The whole impression was ruined by the flooring in the room - it had obviously been worn in dirty street shoes for several years. It must either be thoroughly cleaned with a vacuum cleaner or replaced. And a little stagnant air. But this is generally a problem for hotels that only have air conditioning with blind windows. The breakfasts are normal. You can have a very satisfying meal and the range is large - from 6 to 10:30. Overall, the overall atmosphere of the hotel is pleasant, but you may have been unlucky with the room.

We had a rest in early December.I liked everything.The adjacent Novotel Hotel provides a swimming pool and a gym.A common restaurant area.Delicious varied breakfasts.They take you to the sea 3 times a week from 13 to 15-30 to Kite beach, near 2 metro stations, a large shopping center.By taxi to Burj Khalifa up to 30 dirhams or 4 metro stops, to Dumai and Marina 5 stations.The rooms are small, it didn't play a big role for us.The staff is excellent, the guys at the reception told me how to get there and solved any questions that arose, I don't understand why the hotel has 3 stars, for me all 4 can be safely given.Thank you, we really enjoyed it.Let's come back again.

I really liked the hotel both in terms of price and quality. I don't know who wrote about the little number there? The room is large enough. A large comfortable bed with bedside tables. Table, wardrobe, small sofa, TV, safe. The linen is snow-white, and it is changed every day. The mattress is cool. There is a kettle. Tea and two bottles of water were added every day. I got 4 bottles of water delivered today :) I said not to clean it, but to add only water...obviously misunderstood. And it's cleaned up and water, at least have a drink :) They settled earlier. The staff is wonderful! The breakfasts are excellent. The location is also great. 10 minutes walk from the metro. Next to the Emirates mall. I saw that there was a bus running between the Dubai Mall and the Emirates Mall, but I didn't use it myself. It is convenient to get to the flower garden and the village from this area by public transport. At the bus stop N5, bus N 105 goes to the flower garden (9.37 first, and then every half hour), to the village N106 at 14.42, and then every hour. Thank you for the excellent service to the staff!

Pros: the location is near the Emirates Mall, which is just a smaller copy of the Dubai mall, but with the same selection and prices. Good breakfasts and you can dine in the new hotel next door - they have a common kitchen. The novotel has cheeses, fruits, porridges, hummus, and the ibis has scrambled eggs, coffee, and rolls.
Cons: - Transfer to the kite beach only 3 times a week, not every day. basically everything.
The hotel is on the level of a good Turkish foursome. I liked everything. although the check-in was after 3, but we checked in immediately upon arrival at 10 a.m. without any additional charges. I rate the hotel based on its star rating, somewhere on Internet resources it is 2*, somewhere 3*. There are smoking rooms on the 5th floor. You can't smoke in them, I didn't understand why they are called for smokers, but there is a smell of cigarettes both in the room and in the corridor. We lived on the 2nd floor. It's clean and there are no smells. Since we lived with a friend in a room with two beds, orthopedic mattresses. We noticed that if you don't leave a lot of things on the bed, then change the linen every day. The bed linen is white and clean. There are 2 large towels and 1 floor towel per room. They also change it every day. The room has a refrigerator, well-functioning air conditioning, TV, kettle, safe. Every day they put two bottles of water, tea, sugar.
Special thanks and respect to all the staff of the hotel. Everyone is smiling, polite, and ready to help. Instant response to any requests: additional towels, water, iron, ironing board will be brought upon request. Our friends in the next room had a broken kettle, it was replaced in just a few minutes. The room is cleaned every day.
The water is hot with excellent pressure. Super curtains on the windows, absolute blackout, not a single ray of light will penetrate. The windows in our room overlooked the courtyard.
Among the disadvantages, I can highlight the lack of hygiene products in the room. There is only a soap dispenser at the sink and a dispenser in the shower. There is no way to ventilate the room, windows are not provided for ventilation. The rooms are paired in two rooms, apparently in order to be able, if possible, to rent two communicating rooms for a family with children. With this number, excellent audibility. We can hear everything, it's good that we got a quiet neighbor, whom we also hope did not interfere with. There are no bathrobes and slippers, but it's probably not supposed to be in terms of stardom, so I don't lower the rating of the hotel.
We lost one magnetic key, the second one was in the room. We turned to the reception, the staff made two additional keys without reproaches with a smile.
Very tasty breakfasts. My favorites are scramble, hummus, greens, homemade yogurts, strawberry and mango puree, fruits, puff pastry and coffee.
The hotel somehow belongs to the Novotel grid, so you can use the swimming pool and the Novotel gym.
Friendly and clean hotel, I recommend it. I hope my feedback will be useful. I am attaching a photo.

A chic, not expensive hotel in the center of Dubai, with excellent food, a buffet breakfast in the morning, several restaurants with a variety of dishes in the evening.

As soon as I opened my room, I almost fell from the sharp, smashing smell of dampness and mold 🥴 I had a lump in my throat right away! (I'm not exaggerating). The windows are deaf! No fresh air! The paper curtain is all stained, as if cutlets were fried there. The windows are just a nightmare, the view I don't say anything at all! The carpet is all dirty, the lining on the toilet is stained! The furniture looks like it was collected in a landfill and installed here.There are no most basic hygiene kits (which are available in any hotel or apartment!)
