Great hotel, I really liked it. The breakfasts are delicious. The location is great! There are two metro stations nearby, we went to the one on the left. The bus stop is nearby, we took 81 buses to Kate Beach. Also, the bus station is also nearby, we went from it to the flower park. There are a lot of cafes around, you can find more or less with a suitable kitchen. But we mostly ate shawarma or McDonald's Mall and Chinese food.
The room is small but comfortable. Two bottles of water were brought every day, but no tea (they took it from the breakfasts themselves. The windows don't open. Things do not dry and there is nowhere to dry. Hung on chairs, mirror, etc.) Give two large towels and one for the feet. There is a shower gel and that's it. The beds and pillows are comfortable. We had two beds, we were asked in advance by letter, because I was with my son. It was a little narrow for me, but it probably depends on my build and habits.
Good location - within walking distance of the metro and Mall of the Emirates shopping center. The service will last for 4*, and the young people cleaning the rooms are very polite and helpful - they are just housewives. The beds are comfortable, the linen is clean and pleasant. The whole impression was ruined by the flooring in the room - it had obviously been worn in dirty street shoes for several years. It must either be thoroughly cleaned with a vacuum cleaner or replaced. And a little stagnant air. But this is generally a problem for hotels that only have air conditioning with blind windows. The breakfasts are normal. You can have a very satisfying meal and the range is large - from 6 to 10:30. Overall, the overall atmosphere of the hotel is pleasant, but you may have been unlucky with the room.
We had a rest in early December.I liked everything. The adjacent Novotel Hotel provides a swimming pool and a gym.A common restaurant area.Delicious varied breakfasts. They take you to the sea 3 times a week from 13 to 15-30 to Kite beach, near 2 metro stations, a large shopping center.By taxi to Burj Khalifa up to 30 dirhams or 4 metro stops, to Dumai and Marina 5 stations. The rooms are small, it didn't play a big role for us.The staff is excellent, the guys at the reception told me how to get there and solved any questions that arose, I don't understand why the hotel has 3 stars, for me all 4 can be safely given.Thank you, we really enjoyed it.Let's come back again.
I really liked the hotel both in terms of price and quality. I don't know who wrote about the little number there? The room is large enough. A large comfortable bed with bedside tables. Table, wardrobe, small sofa, TV, safe. The linen is snow-white, and it is changed every day. The mattress is cool. There is a kettle. Tea and two bottles of water were added every day. I got 4 bottles of water delivered today :) I said not to clean it, but to add only water...obviously misunderstood. And it's cleaned up and water, at least have a drink :) They settled earlier. The staff is wonderful! The breakfasts are excellent. The location is also great. 10 minutes walk from the metro. Next to the Emirates mall. I saw that there was a bus running between the Dubai Mall and the Emirates Mall, but I didn't use it myself. It is convenient to get to the flower garden and the village from this area by public transport. At the bus stop N5, bus N 105 goes to the flower garden (9.37 first, and then every half hour), to the village N106 at 14.42, and then every hour. Thank you for the excellent service to the staff!
Pros: the location is near the Emirates Mall, which is just a smaller copy of the Dubai mall, but with the same selection and prices. It also has a karefour supermarket, with regular prices, where you can buy anything (a copy of Auchan). A 5-minute walk to the metro. Polite staff. Good breakfasts and you can dine in the new hotel next door - they have a common kitchen. The novotel has cheeses, fruits, porridges, hummus, and the ibis has scrambled eggs, coffee, and rolls.
Cons: - Transfer to the kite beach only 3 times a week, not every day. basically everything.
The hotel is on the level of a good Turkish foursome. I liked everything. although the check-in was after 3, but we checked in immediately upon arrival at 10 a.m. without any additional charges. On the last day, I left their suitcase in the luggage room and went for a walk. in the same place, you can weigh it, for the advantage. the hotel is clean, bottled water is added every day, depending on how much you spend. opposite, just to the left, there is a cheap and delicious grill bar with large portions. next door to the entrance is a small supermarket. everything is nearby and convenient
The food is great, the staff is great, there is a free swimming pool next to the hotel.
Relatively close to Think marina and Burj Khalifa - also super.
The cleaning is normal, the business classic room is cozy without insects and stains. For this price, the highest score.
There is a free bus to the beach 3 times a week.
I rate the hotel based on its star rating, somewhere on Internet resources it is 2*, somewhere 3*. There are smoking rooms on the 5th floor. You can't smoke in them, I didn't understand why they are called for smokers, but there is a smell of cigarettes both in the room and in the corridor. We lived on the 2nd floor. It's clean and there are no smells. Since we lived with a friend in a room with two beds, orthopedic mattresses. We noticed that if you don't leave a lot of things on the bed, then change the linen every day. The bed linen is white and clean. There are 2 large towels and 1 floor towel per room. They also change it every day. The room has a refrigerator, well-functioning air conditioning, TV, kettle, safe. Every day they put two bottles of water, tea, sugar.
Special thanks and respect to all the staff of the hotel. Everyone is smiling, polite, and ready to help. Instant response to any requests: additional towels, water, iron, ironing board will be brought upon request. Our friends in the next room had a broken kettle, it was replaced in just a few minutes. The room is cleaned every day.
The water is hot with excellent pressure. Super curtains on the windows, absolute blackout, not a single ray of light will penetrate. The windows in our room overlooked the courtyard.
Among the disadvantages, I can highlight the lack of hygiene products in the room. There is only a soap dispenser at the sink and a dispenser in the shower. There is no way to ventilate the room, windows are not provided for ventilation. The rooms are paired in two rooms, apparently in order to be able, if possible, to rent two communicating rooms for a family with children. With this number, excellent audibility. We can hear everything, it's good that we got a quiet neighbor, whom we also hope did not interfere with. There are no bathrobes and slippers, but it's probably not supposed to be in terms of stardom, so I don't lower the rating of the hotel.
We lost one magnetic key, the second one was in the room. We turned to the reception, the staff made two additional keys without reproaches with a smile.
Very tasty breakfasts. My favorites are scramble, hummus, greens, homemade yogurts, strawberry and mango puree, fruits, puff pastry and coffee.
The hotel somehow belongs to the Novotel grid, so you can use the swimming pool and the Novotel gym.
Friendly and clean hotel, I recommend it. I hope my feedback will be useful. I am attaching a photo.
Pretty good for the money. Such a solid 4. There is an underground parking, which is convenient if you rent a car in Dubai. The rooms are quite clean and equipped with everything. It is better to take your own charging adapter, not always enough for everyone. Although you can buy there, there is a small 24-hour store a couple of meters away. Payment in cash and dollars and euros, which is convenient if you did not have time to change the currency) to the sea, if you drive 15 minutes to a cool open beach. Quite close. It's clean there too.
The hotel is very decent for the money!!! The rooms are not very large, but very compact and cozy. Everything is modern and clean!!! The breakfasts are bombastic. Thanks to the common system with Novotel, although we lived in different buildings, but they are connected to each other, and breakfast is common for everyone))) Everything is at the highest level, a great abundance and choice of dishes, fresh juices and fresh fruits!!! The staff is very friendly;) and there are a lot of good things to say about the location in general. Emirates Mall is a 5-minute walk and metro. It turned out that many excursions are profitable to leave this place. Getting to the beach is also not a problem. In general, we are very satisfied))))))))))))
A chic, not expensive hotel in the center of Dubai, with excellent food, a buffet breakfast in the morning, several restaurants with a variety of dishes in the evening.
Daily cleaning, towels and bed were changed daily, various teas, coffee, bottled water are available in the room every day.. The hotel is always quiet and peaceful. There is a metro nearby, which can take you to any place. Not far from the hotel there is a good shopping center, market, beach.
A very pleasant hotel. It's like in multi-star hotels, only smaller in size. There are no unnecessary services. At the same time, everything is clean, of good quality and beautiful. Expensive mattresses that are comfortable to sleep on. And the hotel is also perfectly located, but of course it's anyone's business.
A well-located, cozy, modern hotel. Swedish breakfasts,, the rooms have everything you need, and since we love to travel very much, we always take vitamins with us.
Good location, 2 metro stations nearby. 5-7 min walk. Good breakfasts. The last time the rooms were renovated was about 2 years ago. The staff is helpful. In general, I advise you
Excellent hotel, convenient location, excellent breakfasts. Cleaning every day. The room is small, standard. There is everything you need: a refrigerator, bathroom accessories. Water and coffee sets are brought every day. The staff is attentive, but no one speaks English.

Normal 3 stars. Breakfast is not bad - porridge, eggs, cereals, croissants, sausages, etc. buffet.
Nearby in a cafe you can eat for the same money what you want, so it doesn't matter. The first time I took breakfast, the second time I didn't.
It is exactly an hour's walk to the beach (the nearest beaches are private - they will not let you in), buses take 45 minutes. You can take the metro to the marina - 35 minutes, there are a lot of people there, but it's beautiful.
A stable three. The furniture is outdated, the carpet is dirty and stained. The breakfasts are not bad.
If you need a place to spend the night for relatively little money, this option is suitable.
The reception is beautiful. Rooms with terrible audibility of neighbors behind the wall. There was a cockroach. Well, such a thing. Probably there are a lot of budget cockroaches, it's just that they probably don't really want to poison them here. "For nature"
A nice little hotel, the food is delicious, not All inclusive in the shopping center, but there is also
something to eat. The staff is polite, cleaned well. There is a large mall nearby, which is convenient, but it is far from the beach
Naser.
We arrived with a poor knowledge of English, but they helped us well!
They settled in very quickly, helped with luggage.
The room was cleaned, the food was very tasty.
WiFi catches everywhere, this is a big plus of course.
If the room is damp, then just do not turn on the air conditioner for a day or two.
Nasir fo manager. Good hotel, timely cleaning. There was a buffet for breakfast and dinner. Very tasty cuisine for dinner, like in a restaurant. The internet worked well from the room. The only view from the window was into the wall.
People who write good reviews, where do you live? This is not a hotel, this is some kind of horror!!! Without exaggeration! Initially, I have booked and paid for two days here, but I do not know if I can stand it until the evening! Location, common hall, reception desk, everything is normal! They gave me the key to the room and then it started.... As I approached the elevator, I felt an unpleasant smell of dampness, went up to the first floor, in the corridor, he disappeared! As soon as I opened my room, I almost fell from the sharp, smashing smell of dampness and mold 🥴 I had a lump in my throat right away! (I'm not exaggerating). The windows are deaf! No fresh air! The paper curtain is all stained, as if cutlets were fried there. The windows are just a nightmare, the view I don't say anything at all! The carpet is all dirty, the lining on the toilet is stained! The furniture looks like it was collected in a landfill and installed here. There are no most basic hygiene kits (which are available in any hotel or apartment!) Declared 3 ⭐️, and the feeling of a brothel of some kind. People who respect themselves, drive past this hole! I went to the reception, asked for another room, they gave me no better! I realized that the hotel is in decline! It's not the first time I've put minus 3 🌟 In Dubai, I never thought there were such hotels here.
There is no gym, there is no swimming pool and it is impossible to use the Novotelovskiye, no matter what and where they write about the "sister" hotel.
WiFi is disgusting, it will be difficult to work, if it comes out at all. Even the series can't be watched without brakes in the evening.
The cleaning is excellent, the room is always clean when I leave. Complimentary water (2-4 bottles) every day, as well as tea and instant coffee. There's even a sweetener. The location is also great, 10 minutes to the metro.
If you just need a hotel where you will spend the night - this is an excellent choice. I lowered my score by a point not because of the pool or the gym, but because of the Internet. There is trouble with it for tourists and the tariffs are not cheap, so I wanted it to work perfectly. The locals say that it is usually more than good in hotels, so the Ibis can!
Polite staff, they will help, they will tell you even with broken English) cleaning every day, but you can just ask for water and coffee) they are cleaned right thoroughly
Not a bad hotel, especially the proximity to the mall pleases. It is necessary to immediately demand a non-smoking room, and if they give it with the smell of tobacco, then change it, this happens.
The hotel is in the center. Suitable for a short stay. The room is ordinary, there is everything you need to spend the night. Lunch box is not worth ordering.
For your money, the hotel is good: good breakfasts, cleaning every day, convenient location. But minus for the carpet and an attempt to divorce for an inflated tax upon check-in.
The breakfasts are great. The dinner is modest, but after walking a light dinner is even better ... everything in the photo was given on different days for dinner)
Excellent location of the hotel. Near the Mall and metro station. Excellent and varied cuisine. Friendly staff. What I didn't like: small rooms with windows either on the road or on a nearby house. The windows do not open, they are equipped with a Roman curtain. It gets dark early in the evening, you come to the room and close the window. It feels like you're in solitary confinement. Not usual.
In general, not bad. If you are not picky, then good) As it was for us) because we only came to spend the night. The room was without a balcony and the window did not open, it constantly smells damp and musty, because there is no way to ventilate the room, very strange... Breakfast is super!Room cleaning - every other time, but the wine that did not come up to clean up))) We talked with others, everything glitters for derkhan) The entire staff is English-speaking, as is the entire population, wherever they go)))))))))) It always smells great in the lobby of the hotel until the evening comes and the bar is opened...tin, the smell of smoking is ubiquitous on the 1st floor, what they have with hoods there, I do not know. But of course all these are trifles, a good option. The location is very convenient: near the Emirates Mall and the metro station. Who goes for what, the choice is yours;)

For one night at most. Outdated numbers. The best thing is the trolleys at the entrance for luggage.
