Here, dreams of comfort are shattered against reality, like suitcases on a ribbon at the airport! An assessment? An honest one — and it's not about the floor.
Let's start with the main thing — the price.
Here, the cost per night makes you think: "Or maybe I accidentally rented part of the building?" It seems to have three stars on the facade, but the receipt at the reception seems to be from a hotel with five. For that kind of money, you expect at least fresh sheets, but the reality is harsh.
The room is a place of riddles.
Perhaps the main attraction of this hotel is the tired room. The worn parquet looks like it was taken from the scenery for a film about the times when trees were still cut by hand. You lie on the bed and think: "Is this my hair or was it left by someone as a gift?" But the question is unanswered.
The staff is a cold charm.
At the reception you are greeted with such enthusiasm, as if you are not a guest, but a person who asks for a loan. Don't expect warm words or even a hint of a smile — emotions save better here than electricity.
The scent of travel.
In the room, it is easy to guess what the previous guests were doing: they clearly left a piece of their life and ... fragrance. Comfort? No, it's a different level of immersiveness.
Feelings after:
You go out and think: "If only this trip would remain only in your passport." If you are looking for adventure, definitely here. But if you want at least a minimum of comfort and care, run faster than luggage on the belt.
Conclusion: ibis New Delhi Aerocity is like a cheap lottery ticket: bought, but won only disappointment.

Great location. There is one metro station from the airport, the hotel itself is located near the metro station. This branch line provides quick access to New Delhi. Nice neighborhood, lots of hotels, good walking area. The hotel is comfortable, attentive staff at the reception. We are ready to help with any questions that arise. We stayed for a few days to see Delhi.
Indian ikuhnya at breakfast. But without spicy spices, it is a rather gentle option.

I really liked the hotel, excellent service, security system, the rooms are clean. The breakfast is a buffet, everything is very tasty. There is a beautiful area around, many bars and restaurants.

The hotel is good 4, network. The rooms are small, but clean and everything you need is there. In aerocity, this is probably the lowest priced accommodation option. However, when booking on the bookeng there was one price, but at the reception it became 2000 rupees more for some reason. How strange it would be...to put it mildly, there are not usually such fees...about 500.

Good afternoon. We have been in India for 10 days. The route was fabulous: Moscow-Delhi-Chinnai-Bangalore-Delhi-Moscow. A wonderful country, kind and responsive people. And everything was fine. But. En route from Bangalore to Delhi, we forgot our backpack at the airport. They remembered him on the plane. Upon arrival in Delhi, they contacted the Forgotten Things service. They said Google will help you. But arriving at the ibis hotel and informing the staff about the forgotten backpack, a miracle happened. The good Indians have done the impossible. We created a chat in votsap, dozens of calls to Bangalore, photos of a backpack, all scans of tickets, visas, passports. And so. A miracle happened. At night, the backpack was delivered to the Ibis hotel. I would like to express my gratitude to the entire staff of the ibis new delhi aerocity hotel.🙏🙏🙏👳👳👳
