Nice hotel with clean room and pretty good service, also restaurant “Wok&Co” was great. Location of the hotel is convenient, Dubai museum of future is near, taxi to Dubai mall is not expensive and way takes only 10-15 minutes. (Photo of standard room)

The hotel has two undoubted advantages: location and food. Located next to the World Trade Centre. There is a business district with beautiful streets and restaurants around the hotel, and the metro is 5 minutes away. The breakfasts are excellent: omelets, porridges, salads, several side dishes, sausages, bacon, pastries and more. We had half board, so lunches and dinners are generally a dump, very tasty: some incredible salads, national dishes of lamb or chicken, vegetables, side dishes, very tasty cakes and so on.
The rooms are small, everything is compact, but clean. The service is sometimes lame: we had a broken air conditioner, threshed without interruption, but no one came to fix it. They usually forget to leave the water and you have to go and ask for bottles yourself. On the other hand, they tried to help us with all our requests at once: they forgot the toothbrush - they brought a set; there is only one European outlet in the room, the rest are Chinese, so at our request they immediately brought adapters. But we only went to the hotel to sleep and wash, so we liked everything.
There are several free transfers at the hotel: to Kite Beach and back. The beach is wide, clean, clear water, few people. In the evening there are transfers to the malls. On the ground floor there is a shop with everyday little things. There is a self-service laundry on the second floor, but I didn't get around to it, I don't know the prices.

Excellent hotel, location, breakfasts, proximity to the sea, if you take a taxi 20 dirhams to Lamer beach.
There are many cafes and shops.
There are 2 metro stops to Day Today (a shop where you can buy everything at low prices, dates 12-15 dirhams per 0.5 kg, Dubai chocolate.
You can also have dinner at the hotel 120 dirhams for two from 16.00 to 20.00

We stayed at this hotel at the end of October 2024.It is located in a beautiful place. Across the street is the Museum of the Future. The metro is also nearby. The food is delicious. We took breakfast and dinner. They clean up cleanly. Towels and bed linen are changed every day. Sometimes they forget to bring water. This issue is quickly resolved at the reception. I would like to mention Administrator Mahmoud. He is Russian-speaking. Whenever you contact him, he resolves all issues quickly. Always friendly, with a smile. Thank you very much to him. On the downside, there is nowhere to dry swimsuits. Since there is no towel rail, there is no balcony either. The windows don't open. I highly recommend this hotel. I want to go back there again. An ordinary chain hotel. On New Year's Eve, the cost increases 2.5 times from the regular price (almost all hotels in Dubai do this). This hotel turned out to be the best option for me. If it wasn't for the New Year's prices, I wouldn't have stayed there!
The rooms are small, cramped, and not comfortable together. There is no normal closet, there is only a crossbar in a niche and 4 hangers (there is no place to hang clothes). The shower is leaking, and the bathroom floor is always damp. The view from the windows into the wall (up to the 10th floor), I had the 14th floor with a view of the racetrack under construction. Very low Internet connection speed via WI-FI (mobile Internet is many times faster). The gym is nominal, there are 4 exercise machines in a cramped room.
I received an email notification about the possibility of early check-in for an additional 150 dirhams, I decided to pay on the spot, but the reception asked me to pay 395 dirhams and no justification was accepted. This is rude!
On the positive side, I would like to note the excellent location (5 minutes walk to the metro, 10 minutes to the Museum of the future), comfortable beds, high-quality room cleaning and the availability of an ironing board with an iron. There are many cafes, coffee shops and restaurants near the hotel.

An ideal hotel in the price/quality ratio. The case when reality exceeded all expectations. Very tasty food, polite staff. They respond to requests with lightning speed. Cleanliness is restored every day, bed linen is changed without a reminder. The rooms are pleasant, cozy, although small. We lived with my husband in this hotel from 14.01 to 20.01, 2025. The hotel has a Russian-speaking staff: administrator Mahmoud! And this is good news! Mahmoud helped us with any difficulties, thank him for that! The air conditioner even had to be turned off, it was cold. It works even when you leave for the whole day. Everything is clean. They always helped at the reception. There are buses to the sea and shopping, and you can go to the swimming pool at the nearby Novotel hotel.But I wasn't there. In general, I was satisfied with the choice.

Good location. There is a subway nearby. It is possible to get from Terminal 1 of the airport by metro for 5 dirhams in 25 minutes. And walk to the hotel in 5 minutes. For lunch, a choice of menu, salad or soup, second and dessert, tea, coffee, juice, water from 11 to 15. For dinner, buffet, from 19 to 10.30.
I read reviews that I needed to ask for an iron and dragged a steamer with me, as a result, both the iron and the ironing board were in the room, as well as a hair dryer, a bottle of water was brought every day, even if they forgot - in the evening, after returning from a walk, the water was on the table. Cleaning the room every day, changing towels, etc. Tea is also brought to the room, there is no coffee.
Cons: the rooms are small, but they are decent to spend the night in. Windows do not open and there is no dryer, so clothes dry where they have to for several days.. there is nothing else except hand and body soap, shampoo, etc. take with you.
Otherwise, for us personally, the pros outweigh the cons. The hotel is decent, it fully justifies its 3*

We took a package tour to this hotel on a travelat. The rating was higher than everyone else's and the price was good. We had breakfasts and dinners. The food was also excellent for dinner. The rooms are not large, standard as in all ibises. Of course, it's a little cramped together. And the minus is that the windows do not open, but only the air conditioner works because of this, there was a smell of dampness in the room, as I just did not try to adjust the air conditioner. It is important for me that there is fresh air from the street for this minus.
Well, the transfer to the sea ... you need to add flights, because the hotel is full and one flight is not enough, because you can only sit down to go.
That's why we used a taxi (Yandex) to the beach. Of course, it turns out to be expensive 70 dirhams in one direction.
And I recommend the hotel despite the disadvantages. For some, they will be insignificant.

A really decent hotel for your money (it's not me who pays, but the company, but I have an idea). Compared to the three-star ibis in Cardiff (Wales), heaven and earth. There are minor flaws (last time we changed the refrigerator, this time one of the modes, sorry, the toilet, is clucking) but otherwise everything is neat and not killed. Breakfasts are approx. The Latin bar changed to Irish, which is both a plus (I love this genre) and a minus (there were discos with salsa, bachata, I went dancing). Russian russians are having some kind of month of helpfulness, promotions with free treats in the lobby and increased attention to Russian guests (! - hired a pack of Russian-speaking employees). The view from the room deserves a separate five stars. The breakfasts are monotonous, but there are always cheeses, vegetables and different types of cooked eggs, but there are no scrambled eggs. And, probably, all the disadvantages can be forgiven to this hotel for the stunning view from the window!
The location of the hotel is strategically right for visiting all the tourist places of the city and non-tourist ones too. There is a subway nearby. The hotel provides a free transfer to the Kite beach (by the way, I liked it the most).
The hotel is good for its price.
