Very cozy hotel. The staff is responsive, we were checked in a few hours earlier than the allotted time. Thanks to Vakar for this. The breakfasts are gorgeous, very tasty, a great variety. The rooms are spacious. Very convenient location in 10 minutes you can get to Bursh Khalifa
Staying at your hotel was a true pleasure.
The clean environment, attentive service, and warm hospitality clearly reflect a high standard. Every detail showed care and professionalism.
Nice hotel with clean room and pretty good service, also restaurant “Wok&Co” was great. Location of the hotel is convenient, Dubai museum of future is near, taxi to Dubai mall is not expensive and way takes only 10-15 minutes. (Photo of standard room)
I was here and the serving was REALLY GREAT!!! There are a lot of friendly people in the staff! I will be back there again! There were only good emotions in this hotel!
Great location, close to the WTC.
Facilities are a bit old, humidity in a room that can not be extracted neither by AC, nor by ventilator. All the clothes smelled humid
The hotel is really cool! Compact, cozy rooms with everything you need, a good restaurant, we took breakfast, everything is fresh and delicious, fruits, vegetables, etc. are present, the variety is small but you will not stay hungry. There is a Russian-speaking manager, Mahmoud, who is a wonderful person! The hotel's great location, the metro and the Museum of the future are within walking distance. We liked everything! A minus star for the non-opening windows in the room and for the unexpected appearance of cockroaches... Of course, we did not expect to see them here, but still... the chief administrator did not resolve the issue and did not offer any compensation, this slightly spoiled the overall impression... In general, Dubai is a wonderful place to relax!
The hotel is located next to the metro, the Museum of the Future is within walking distance. Water and tea are brought to the room, there is always water at the reception. Breakfasts and dinners with a good selection. Dinners are a modest choice, maybe because they are not in demand. Also, dinner can always be rescheduled for lunch if you don't have time. There is a cafe nearby, I didn't go, but I passed by when I went to the subway (this is a short way). The transfer to the beach runs at a convenient time, if the number of people is large, another bus arrives. The transfer goes to Kite Beach, which is a good beach. We went to La Mer beach once and regretted it, the old beach, the strong smell of fish in the morning, dirty. You can go to the pool at the neighboring hotel (Novotel), there is also a sauna, many people do not know about it, I learned from the reviews of tourists. The rooms are cleaned every day. An outlet and an iron can be requested at the reception if not in the room. In general, I liked the hotel. There was always help at the reception, an interpreter to help everyone. There are no Russian speakers, just general phrases. Thank you very much! I can safely come back again.
The hotel has two undoubted advantages: location and food. Located next to the World Trade Centre. There is a business district with beautiful streets and restaurants around the hotel, and the metro is 5 minutes away. The breakfasts are excellent: omelets, porridges, salads, several side dishes, sausages, bacon, pastries and more. We had half board, so lunches and dinners are generally a dump, very tasty: some incredible salads, national dishes of lamb or chicken, vegetables, side dishes, very tasty cakes and so on.
The rooms are small, everything is compact, but clean. The service is sometimes lame: we had a broken air conditioner, threshed without interruption, but no one came to fix it. They usually forget to leave the water and you have to go and ask for bottles yourself. On the other hand, they tried to help us with all our requests at once: they forgot the toothbrush - they brought a set; there is only one European outlet in the room, the rest are Chinese, so at our request they immediately brought adapters. But we only went to the hotel to sleep and wash, so we liked everything.
There are several free transfers at the hotel: to Kite Beach and back. The beach is wide, clean, clear water, few people. In the evening there are transfers to the malls. On the ground floor there is a shop with everyday little things. There is a self-service laundry on the second floor, but I didn't get around to it, I don't know the prices.
I liked the hotel, the staff is very friendly, but there are practically no Russian speakers. It is located 2 stops from Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. The metro is 5 minutes away from the hotel. We took breakfast and dinner, the food was good, the breakfasts were simply gorgeous, there was always meat and fish for dinner, and the cakes were delicious. We paid 200 dirhams extra for a room with 2 separate beds and a coffee machine, we checked in immediately at 12.00. We went to the pool in the New Hotel across the street. We didn't get on the transfer to the beach, there were a lot of people. We went by ourselves to la mer beach (city taxi 23-25 dirhams one way). The room is nice, but there are no balconies and the window does not open. But I liked the hotel, I would have come back here again.
Located near the metro, it is convenient to get to the main attractions.
At the reception, Russian-speaking Mahmoud will help with any questions, however, as will the rest of the staff.
Slippers, tea, coffee, extra water, something else is provided on request.
To make the elevator work, you need to attach a key card, then just select the floor.
There is a slightly musty smell when entering the room, but you quickly get used to it. The air conditioner is working, the windows don't open, the small laundry was dried on the refrigerator, it doesn't dry in the bathroom.
Local and European cuisine is served for breakfast.
Transfer to Kite Beach, there is a beautiful long promenade, you can walk to the sail
A good hotel near the metro station, close to the center and main attractions, next to the exhibition center and a 10-minute drive to DXB airport. A good breakfast, there is a bar with alcohol, who is interested)))
Among the disadvantages, perhaps, is the lack of opening windows - but at a temperature of 55 it is unlikely that you will want to open them, there is a constant supply and exhaust system in the rooms, air conditioning. Well, the price on the dates of the exhibitions is 3 times higher than usual))) - as in all of Dubai. Well, as, however, in all cities where there are exhibition centers)
Ibis One Central is a good budget option in the center of Dubai. 5-10 minute metro walk: easy access to Dubai Mall, The Dubai Frame and Burj Khalifa. The rooms are small, but clean and with basic amenities (as in most hotels of the chain). Wi-Fi is free and connects immediately after registration. Cons: the transfer to the beach is often crowded (only 2 flights per day), so it's easier to get there either by taxi for 50-60 dirhams, or by metro and bus 5-10 dirhams. One more detail — the windows do not open, which is why things dry slowly (but this is justified by the heat outside the window!). In general, it is an excellent choice if you need an economical base for walking around the city.
very good location, the metro is just a few minutes away. there is a good supermarket nearby, there is everything. the hotel has a quiet and pleasant atmosphere. any questions are quickly resolved at the reception, special thanks to the Russian-speaking Mahmoud. he made our stay really pleasant and hassle-free for the Sanya cleaner on the 11th floor.
the rooms have very good sound insulation, clean, good cleaning, water is provided regularly, bed linen and towels are changed.
breakfast is very plentiful. there is everything, a lot of fruit.
Great hotel! There are floors for smokers and non-smokers, which is very convenient. Our room was small, but we had everything we needed. From the 12th floor of our room 1226, the view of the museum of the future is amazing! At the reception, the Russian-speaking Mahmoud helped us out a lot, everything was fast, clear, without unnecessary information, answered any questions. Perfect! I liked everything except the transfer to the beach and breakfast. For all 7 days, the breakfasts are monotonous, absolutely nothing new. Unripe fruits (melon, watermelon). But there is a choice, of course, we didn't stay hungry. Transfer to the beach is a separate issue and a problem that I understand the hotel does not want to provide a solution to. Two minibuses with 25 seats, one at 9.10, the other at 10.10. You can not stand. And there is a queue of at least 50 people for the transfer every time. Or even more! Those who managed to get in, the rest as you wish (at your own expense, taxi, subway). They take you to the gorgeous Kate beach, but getting there with a transfer is a quest. During the 7 days of our stay, we were able to get into the minibus 2! times. The rest of the days we took a taxi. Of course, this is a nightmare, and why the hotel does not solve this problem is not clear. The pool in the neighboring Novotel is simply gorgeous. Incredible warm, caressing waters, hammam and sauna. Sun beds and umbrellas, everything is there! It's great to be able to visit it. The location of the hotel is also the most advantageous, in the very center, it is very convenient to get to any point by metro. Super👍
Excellent hotel, location, breakfasts, proximity to the sea, if you take a taxi 20 dirhams to Lamer beach.
There are many cafes and shops.
There are 2 metro stops to Day Today (a shop where you can buy everything at low prices, dates 12-15 dirhams per 0.5 kg, Dubai chocolate.
You can also have dinner at the hotel 120 dirhams for two from 16.00 to 20.00
Daily cleaning, breakfast is enough, pleasant, comfortable.
We stayed at this hotel at the end of October 2024.It is located in a beautiful place. Across the street is the Museum of the Future. The metro is also nearby. The food is delicious. We took breakfast and dinner. They clean up cleanly. Towels and bed linen are changed every day. Sometimes they forget to bring water. This issue is quickly resolved at the reception. I would like to mention Administrator Mahmoud. He is Russian-speaking. Whenever you contact him, he resolves all issues quickly. Always friendly, with a smile. Thank you very much to him. On the downside, there is nowhere to dry swimsuits. Since there is no towel rail, there is no balcony either. The windows don't open. I highly recommend this hotel. I want to go back there again. The Khalikov family.
The location is very convenient, along the way there is a view of the Museum of the future, the Emirates towers and other skyscrapers, including the BX. It's cool both day and night. The metro is nearby, which is a huge plus. Cafes, pharmacies, and optics. There is no supermarket, it is small on the road and on the ground floor. Everything you need. Decent salads for a snack. Zabil Park can also be reached on foot. The room is small, for an overnight stay. Breakfasts are quite sufficient.
There are no photos of the room except this one, but overall everything is fine. The room is small, but everything is there. Oh, there are no slippers)Comfortable mattress, pillows, snow-white bed linen. Every day there is a light cleaning and they give you a liter of water)
the staff is friendly. There's a guy at the reception who speaks Russian. But in general, we did not notice any discomfort from this.
Wi-Fi is free everywhere. The food for this price is normal) no meat, no fish. There are chicken sausages, chicken bacon and something like sausage (also made from chicken, I think). There is Arabic and Indian food - it's interesting to try. And so everything is standard)
The subway is 7-10 minutes away
In general, we were satisfied
In general, it's not a bad hotel almost in the center of Dubai. Near the Museum of the future and the metro. The food is delicious, but sometimes there are a lot of people, you go looking for a place to sit, there's a queue for coffee, but mostly at breakfast, there aren't many people for dinner, apparently not everyone takes dinner. The rooms are small but cozy, there are no Russian TV channels, they were turned on for background :), cleaning every day. We went to the pool at the neighboring hotel across the street, for free. Bus to the beach, although there may not be enough seats for everyone(
An ordinary chain hotel. On New Year's Eve, the cost increases 2.5 times from the regular price (almost all hotels in Dubai do this). This hotel turned out to be the best option for me. If it wasn't for the New Year's prices, I wouldn't have stayed there!
The rooms are small, cramped, and not comfortable together. There is no normal closet, there is only a crossbar in a niche and 4 hangers (there is no place to hang clothes). The shower is leaking, and the bathroom floor is always damp. The view from the windows into the wall (up to the 10th floor), I had the 14th floor with a view of the racetrack under construction. Very low Internet connection speed via WI-FI (mobile Internet is many times faster). The gym is nominal, there are 4 exercise machines in a cramped room.
I received an email notification about the possibility of early check-in for an additional 150 dirhams, I decided to pay on the spot, but the reception asked me to pay 395 dirhams and no justification was accepted. This is rude!
On the positive side, I would like to note the excellent location (5 minutes walk to the metro, 10 minutes to the Museum of the future), comfortable beds, high-quality room cleaning and the availability of an ironing board with an iron. There are many cafes, coffee shops and restaurants near the hotel.
I recently spent a few days at this wonderful hotel, and I have only positive impressions! From the very moment of arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and professionalism of the staff. I would especially like to mention Mahmoud from the reception — he made our stay truly unforgettable.
Mahmoud was very friendly and helpful. He quickly helped us with registration and answered all our questions in Russian)
The room was clean, cozy and beautifully equipped, as well as with a magnificent view. The service at the hotel was at a high level: the room was cleaned every day, and the breakfasts were varied and delicious.
In general, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a comfortable place to relax. Many thanks to Mahmoud and all the staff for their attention and care! I'll be happy to come back here again)
I had a vacation in March 2025. Some advantages. They were settled earlier, evicted late. There is a free shuttle service: Kite beach, Dubai mall, the Emirates Mall, Outlet mall, Festival city mall. Cleaning, water, tea every day. Friendly staff (there is a Russian speaker). The most convenient location and beautiful views, near the metro, the museum of the future. There were only breakfasts, delicious and varied. I really liked everything.
The location is good. Near the metro. Small eateries where you can have a snack.
The Museum of the Future is also within walking distance.
Great view of the skyscrapers.
Food is almost the same thing every day. But you can eat, you won't stay hungry.
The restaurant is open for lunch, and you can also have a snack or a full meal, but for money.
We lived with my husband in this hotel from 14.01 to 20.01, 2025. The hotel has a Russian-speaking staff: administrator Mahmoud! And this is good news! Mahmoud helped us with any difficulties, thank him for that! The administrator Vakar also helped us, although he does not speak Russian, he nevertheless helped us to establish the Internet and helped us solve some of our other issues.
The hotel offers delicious breakfasts and dinners, delicious coffee!
Cleaning takes place every day, towels and bed linen are changed, water is brought!
There is a free laundry and ironing room on the 2nd floor.
And the most important thing is the location of the hotel, we saw a lot of sights and interesting locations walking and using the subway.
There is a free shuttle service to the beach, Dubai Mall, Emirates moll
A good hotel for its price. There is a free shuttle service to the beach, a very large selection of food for breakfast. There is a metro station nearby, a very good branch line. There are many supermarkets, but all the main cafes and shops are across the street via a land crossing. There are not many beautiful places around the hotel for a walk.
The first time in the Emirates, the choice of the hotel was not mistaken. There is a Russian speaker at the reception, the rooms for two are excellent, cleaning every day. The location of the hotel is 5 minutes from the metro. Yes, the prices are high. The shops. We went to buy groceries in the Hindu district. Wect zone grocery store, Al Mallah and Star Volga restaurants. Souvenirs were bought Day To Day. The prices are low. I recommend the hotel!
The hotel is located in a great location. View from the window of the Museum of the future. Clear. The breakfasts are wonderful. I would like to mention Muhamed at the reception. I helped with the registration and accommodation requests. Thanks to him for his knowledge of Russian. It's very nice to be so attentive to them. Thanks!!!
Excellent budget hotel. The location is 5+, 5 minutes to the metro, near the skyscrapers and the museum of the future, the food is delicious! At dinner, the cakes are just a mess! Very tasty! I am glad that there is a Russian-speaking staff! The rooms are small, but two are enough)
Clean room, friendly staff. Free transfer to the sea by Kite, outlet. There is a swimming pool across the street from the hotel. A varied breakfast buffet. Convenient location, close to the Museum of the future and the metro. I recommend it!
I didn't regret choosing this hotel. At this price, excellent service, delicious breakfasts and dinners, the location is convenient, the staff is polite. The room has everything you need, and what you don't need will be brought.
There is no private pool, but the pool from the neighboring Novotel is available for free.
Nice hotel in the center of Dubai. Everything you need is nearby. Upon arrival, 40AED is charged as a fee, which is not refunded upon departure. Water in glass bottles is free in the room, but if you consider that you do not take away glass containers. If you pick up the bottle itself, you will have to pay 50AED at check out. Inside the hotel there is a delicious Dubai chocolate bar, which weighs 240 grams and costs 51AED. I must say right away, you won't find more delicious and cheaper chocolate anywhere, at this price, 100 grams of chocolate bars are everywhere, give or take.
We stayed at the hotel in March 2024, took breakfast and dinner. The room has everything you need. Convenient location. The food is delicious, there is enough of everything, the staff is friendly. View of the city from the window. We went to the pool at the hotel nearby.
Excellent hotel, near the metro, in the city center, the staff is very polite, the food is good. Well, just the perfect combination of price and quality, this hotel can be safely recommended and you want to return to it.
The hotel is well located. Near the metro, the Museum of the Future. Excellent breakfasts. Friendly and helpful staff. I took off the star only because there is no way to adjust the air conditioner. Just turn it on or off. The windows don't open.
