Very cozy hotel. The staff is responsive, we were checked in a few hours earlier than the allotted time. Thanks to Vakar for this. The breakfasts are gorgeous, very tasty, a great variety. The rooms are spacious. Very convenient location in 10 minutes you can get to Bursh Khalifa
Nice hotel with clean room and pretty good service, also restaurant “Wok&Co” was great. Location of the hotel is convenient, Dubai museum of future is near, taxi to Dubai mall is not expensive and way takes only 10-15 minutes. (Photo of standard room)
Great location, close to the WTC.
Facilities are a bit old, humidity in a room that can not be extracted neither by AC, nor by ventilator. All the clothes smelled humid
Shanmukh room cleaning and wash room cleaning was prefect

I was here and the serving was REALLY GREAT!!! There are a lot of friendly people in the staff! I will be back there again! There were only good emotions in this hotel!
The hotel has two undoubted advantages: location and food. Located next to the World Trade Centre. There is a business district with beautiful streets and restaurants around the hotel, and the metro is 5 minutes away. The breakfasts are excellent: omelets, porridges, salads, several side dishes, sausages, bacon, pastries and more. We had half board, so lunches and dinners are generally a dump, very tasty: some incredible salads, national dishes of lamb or chicken, vegetables, side dishes, very tasty cakes and so on.
The rooms are small, everything is compact, but clean. The service is sometimes lame: we had a broken air conditioner, threshed without interruption, but no one came to fix it. They usually forget to leave the water and you have to go and ask for bottles yourself. On the other hand, they tried to help us with all our requests at once: they forgot the toothbrush - they brought a set; there is only one European outlet in the room, the rest are Chinese, so at our request they immediately brought adapters. But we only went to the hotel to sleep and wash, so we liked everything.
There are several free transfers at the hotel: to Kite Beach and back. The beach is wide, clean, clear water, few people. In the evening there are transfers to the malls. On the ground floor there is a shop with everyday little things. There is a self-service laundry on the second floor, but I didn't get around to it, I don't know the prices.
Located near the metro, it is convenient to get to the main attractions.
At the reception, Russian-speaking Mahmoud will help with any questions, however, as will the rest of the staff.
Slippers, tea, coffee, extra water, something else is provided on request.
To make the elevator work, you need to attach a key card, then just select the floor.
There is a slightly musty smell when entering the room, but you quickly get used to it. The air conditioner is working, the windows don't open, the small laundry was dried on the refrigerator, it doesn't dry in the bathroom.
Local and European cuisine is served for breakfast.
Transfer to Kite Beach, there is a beautiful long promenade, you can walk to the sail
A good hotel near the metro station, close to the center and main attractions, next to the exhibition center and a 10-minute drive to DXB airport. A good breakfast, there is a bar with alcohol, who is interested)))
Among the disadvantages, perhaps, is the lack of opening windows - but at a temperature of 55 it is unlikely that you will want to open them, there is a constant supply and exhaust system in the rooms, air conditioning. Well, the price on the dates of the exhibitions is 3 times higher than usual))) - as in all of Dubai. Well, as, however, in all cities where there are exhibition centers)
very good location, the metro is just a few minutes away. there is a good supermarket nearby, there is everything. the hotel has a quiet and pleasant atmosphere. any questions are quickly resolved at the reception, special thanks to the Russian-speaking Mahmoud. he made our stay really pleasant and hassle-free for the Sanya cleaner on the 11th floor.
the rooms have very good sound insulation, clean, good cleaning, water is provided regularly, bed linen and towels are changed.
breakfast is very plentiful. there is everything, a lot of fruit.
Excellent hotel, location, breakfasts, proximity to the sea, if you take a taxi 20 dirhams to Lamer beach.
There are many cafes and shops.
There are 2 metro stops to Day Today (a shop where you can buy everything at low prices, dates 12-15 dirhams per 0.5 kg, Dubai chocolate.
You can also have dinner at the hotel 120 dirhams for two from 16.00 to 20.00
Daily cleaning, breakfast is enough, pleasant, comfortable.
We stayed at this hotel at the end of October 2024.It is located in a beautiful place. Across the street is the Museum of the Future. The metro is also nearby. The food is delicious. We took breakfast and dinner. They clean up cleanly. Towels and bed linen are changed every day. Sometimes they forget to bring water. This issue is quickly resolved at the reception. I would like to mention Administrator Mahmoud. He is Russian-speaking. Whenever you contact him, he resolves all issues quickly. Always friendly, with a smile. Thank you very much to him. On the downside, there is nowhere to dry swimsuits. Since there is no towel rail, there is no balcony either. The windows don't open. I highly recommend this hotel. I want to go back there again. The Khalikov family.
An ordinary chain hotel. On New Year's Eve, the cost increases 2.5 times from the regular price (almost all hotels in Dubai do this). This hotel turned out to be the best option for me. If it wasn't for the New Year's prices, I wouldn't have stayed there!
The rooms are small, cramped, and not comfortable together. There is no normal closet, there is only a crossbar in a niche and 4 hangers (there is no place to hang clothes). The shower is leaking, and the bathroom floor is always damp. The view from the windows into the wall (up to the 10th floor), I had the 14th floor with a view of the racetrack under construction. Very low Internet connection speed via WI-FI (mobile Internet is many times faster). The gym is nominal, there are 4 exercise machines in a cramped room.
I received an email notification about the possibility of early check-in for an additional 150 dirhams, I decided to pay on the spot, but the reception asked me to pay 395 dirhams and no justification was accepted. This is rude!
On the positive side, I would like to note the excellent location (5 minutes walk to the metro, 10 minutes to the Museum of the future), comfortable beds, high-quality room cleaning and the availability of an ironing board with an iron. There are many cafes, coffee shops and restaurants near the hotel.
A great, modern hotel. Very friendly staff, solve all issues with a smile. The food in the restaurant is at the highest level, breakfasts for every taste, and dinners on the restaurant menu and with restaurant service. I recommend this hotel to absolutely everyone. Plus, this Planet Friendly hotel has nothing plastic in it. My score is five plus
An ideal hotel in the price/quality ratio. The case when reality exceeded all expectations. Very tasty food, polite staff. They respond to requests with lightning speed. Cleanliness is restored every day, bed linen is changed without a reminder. The rooms are pleasant, cozy, although small. The views from the windows are either just beautiful or very cool, as my friends had, and room 634 has a view of the Burj Khalifa — very beautiful.
We lived with my husband in this hotel from 14.01 to 20.01, 2025. The hotel has a Russian-speaking staff: administrator Mahmoud! And this is good news! Mahmoud helped us with any difficulties, thank him for that! The administrator Vakar also helped us, although he does not speak Russian, he nevertheless helped us to establish the Internet and helped us solve some of our other issues.
The hotel offers delicious breakfasts and dinners, delicious coffee!
Cleaning takes place every day, towels and bed linen are changed, water is brought!
There is a free laundry and ironing room on the 2nd floor.
And the most important thing is the location of the hotel, we saw a lot of sights and interesting locations walking and using the subway.
There is a free shuttle service to the beach, Dubai Mall, Emirates moll
The room is small, but very comfortable. It will be cramped for three people. The food (I can only say about breakfast) is decent: muesli, porridges, omelets, pastries, jams, cheeses, ham, salads, vegetables and many other things. Room cleaning every day - you can refuse cleaning, the water is changed. The room has a small kettle, two mugs, a hairdryer, a TV (never turned on). The air conditioner even had to be turned off, it was cold. It works even when you leave for the whole day. Everything is clean. They always helped at the reception. There are buses to the sea and shopping, and you can go to the swimming pool at the nearby Novotel hotel. But I wasn't there. In general, I was satisfied with the choice.
A good hotel for its price. There is a free shuttle service to the beach, a very large selection of breakfast food. There is a metro station nearby, a very good branch line. There are many supermarkets, but all the main cafes and shops are across the street via a land crossing. There are not many beautiful places around the hotel for a walk.
Excellent budget hotel. The location is 5+, 5 minutes to the metro, near the skyscrapers and the museum of the future, the food is delicious! At dinner, the cakes are just a mess! Very tasty! I am glad that there is a Russian-speaking staff! The rooms are small, but two are enough)
Good location. There is a subway nearby. It is possible to get from Terminal 1 of the airport by metro for 5 dirhams in 25 minutes. And walk to the hotel in 5 minutes. Beautiful and comfortable area of Deira. Although the hotel is online, it is very comfortable. The room is large. There is everything you need. A bottle of water is free. Teapot. Tea, etc. is very pleasant at a late evening check-in.
The staff is friendly.
Excellent breakfast. Beautiful view from the window. The only negative. The window does not open and there is no balcony. Pda and in ex Ibises. But the air conditioner works fine.
The hotel, I think, is not for a beach holiday. It's a long way to the beach. But he will stop for a few nights to walk around the city. Go shopping. Or for one night before the cruise, like us.It couldn't be better. The price-quality corresponds.
You can catch a VERY good price.
But after booking on different units.it is necessary to get confirmation from the hotel. To avoid surprises.
Positive:
The convenient location of the hotel, everything is nearby: the metro is a 10-minute walk from the World Trade Center, the Museum of the Future, 3 metro stations to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. The liquor store is one station away. Walking around the area is a pleasure. The time of the transfer to the beach and malls was written at the reception, but we did not try to get to it, we took a taxi. They took breakfasts and dinners, changed them when they needed to, and came for lunch. Breakfast is the same every day from 6.30 to 10, buffet, dishes did not change, by the end of the week they were already boring, but the choice is large, you will not stay hungry. For lunch, a choice of menu, salad or soup, second and dessert, tea, coffee, juice, water from 11 to 15. For dinner, buffet, from 19 to 10.30.
I read reviews that I needed to ask for an iron and dragged a steamer with me, as a result, both the iron and the ironing board were in the room, as well as a hair dryer, a bottle of water was brought every day, even if they forgot - in the evening, after returning from a walk, the water was on the table. Cleaning the room every day, changing towels, etc. Tea is also brought to the room, there is no coffee.
Cons: the rooms are small, but they are decent to spend the night in. Windows do not open and there is no dryer, so clothes dry where they have to for several days.. there is nothing else except hand and body soap, shampoo, etc. take with you.
Otherwise, for us personally, the pros outweigh the cons. The hotel is decent, it fully justifies its 3*
Nice hotel in the center of Dubai. Everything you need is nearby. Upon arrival, 40AED is charged as a fee, which is not refunded upon departure. Water in glass bottles is free in the room, but if you consider that you do not take away glass containers. If you pick up the bottle itself, you will have to pay 50AED at check out. Inside the hotel there is a delicious Dubai chocolate bar, which weighs 240 grams and costs 51AED. I must say right away, you won't find more delicious and cheaper chocolate anywhere, at this price, 100 grams of chocolate bars are everywhere, give or take.
We stayed at the hotel in March 2024, took breakfast and dinner. The room has everything you need. Convenient location. The food is delicious, there is enough of everything, the staff is friendly. View of the city from the window. We went to the pool at the hotel nearby.
Excellent hotel, near the metro, in the city center, the staff is very polite, the food is good. Well, just the perfect combination of price and quality, this hotel can be safely recommended and you want to return to it.
The hotel is well located. Near the metro, the Museum of the Future. Excellent breakfasts. Friendly and helpful staff. I took off the star only because there is no way to adjust the air conditioner. Just turn it on or off. The windows don't open.
I liked everything very much, the breakfasts are gorgeous, the dinners are decent.. The rooms are clean, the staff is polite.. I only let down the transfer to the beach, I never had enough space... The hotel is within walking distance of attractions
Excellent hotel, polite friendly staff, we were very pleased with the arrival!!! The food is excellent, the room is clean and everything is neat!!! Mahmoud from the reception is a great guy and speaks Russian well!!!
A budget, clean and comfortable hotel two metro stops from Burj Khalifa. The food is varied, with fresh meat and seafood for breakfast and dinner. Friendly, attentive staff.
We took a package tour to this hotel on a travelat. The rating was higher than everyone else's and the price was good. We had breakfasts and dinners. I was very surprised by the quality and assortment of products, everything was very tasty and fresh, the food was replenished. Apparently, the UAE is really watching this. The food was also excellent for dinner. The rooms are not large, standard as in all ibises. Of course, it's a little cramped together. And the minus is that the windows do not open, but only the air conditioner works because of this, there was a smell of dampness in the room, as I just did not try to adjust the air conditioner. It is important for me that there is fresh air from the street for this minus.
Well, the transfer to the sea ... you need to add flights, because the hotel is full and one flight is not enough, because you can only sit down to go.
That's why we used a taxi (Yandex) to the beach. Of course, it turns out to be expensive 70 dirhams in one direction.
And I recommend the hotel despite the disadvantages. For some, they will be insignificant.
And so, the location is very convenient, near the metro and cafes. You can quickly get to different points. We were constantly traveling by subway.
I rested from 19.10-26.10 24g.The hotel is not bad, it is located next to the metro, I only had breakfast, and I didn't need any lunches or dinners.I read that the breakfasts are monotonous, so the buffet is full of all sorts of dishes, diversify yourself, today one thing tomorrow is another dish. The only thing I didn't like about the room is there are no slippers, a bathrobe, toothpaste, just soap and that's it.
Nice hotel! Breakfast is a buffet, very varied food for every taste. We also had dinner - once a week on the menu, the rest of the days - buffet. The choice of food is no longer as varied as for breakfast, but no one will stay hungry. The only drinks for dinner are water and orange juice.
A great hotel in an extremely convenient location, clean, well cleaned, water is provided every day, I really liked it, there is a swimming pool in the neighboring hotel, it can be visited. (I recommend taking accommodation with food, very tasty)
A really decent hotel for your money (it's not me who pays, but the company, but I have an idea). Compared to the three-star ibis in Cardiff (Wales), heaven and earth. There are minor flaws (last time we changed the refrigerator, this time one of the modes, sorry, the toilet, is clucking) but otherwise everything is neat and not killed. Breakfasts are approx. The Latin bar changed to Irish, which is both a plus (I love this genre) and a minus (there were discos with salsa, bachata, I went dancing). Russian russians are having some kind of month of helpfulness, promotions with free treats in the lobby and increased attention to Russian guests (! - hired a pack of Russian-speaking employees). Thanks to the bellhop (is that right?) To Mahmoud for his care and to the Russian-speaking girl of the bar hostess for cordial communication (I did not ask her name).
Nice hotel, convenient location, metro and many attractions nearby. The service is excellent, several people know Russian, they are fed for slaughter!!! The room is clean. Recommend
The location is excellent. For the top three standards. Good breakfasts get boring on the fifth day. The dinners were on a bespoke menu as there were few vacationers, for three. The room was cleaned normally. Thanks to the Russian-speaking guy at the reception. His name is Mahmoud, and I think he's Egyptian. He helped with all the questions. We checked in at 11 as we arrived. The check-out is at 12, we were allowed to vacate the room at 14.30. The hotel is pleasant, but one of the biggest drawbacks is that the windows don't open. Nothing dries or has a pleasant smell. If the price is not high, then you can consider.
Clean, cleaned every day. They give us water every day, but we asked the cleaning staff for reassurance (they might forget). The breakfast is excellent, for every taste, there is everything from food and even more (I took 2 pears with me for a snack on the sly) We traveled by taxi (Yandex taxi works) and caught back on the street (the most inexpensive taxi with a meter and a red color on the roof). When you take a taxi from the center, there are a lot of taxis there and you can voice your price, we usually focused on the cost of Yandex no more. We went to the city beach of Jumeirah 1 for 50 dirhams. The beach is good, the water is warm, look at your feet, I almost stepped on a sea urchin, but this is rare. There are very few people, there are free sun beds and umbrellas, but only for pensioners and the disabled over 60 years old. The rest are in the shade of palm trees or in the shade of advertising structures On the beach there is a free shower and toilet. To Dubai Marine, we went there on Yandex for 90 dirhams and back in a red taxi for 75 dirhams.
It's good for a threesome. Well-maintained, but outdated. The staff is very friendly and always tries to help.
The view from the room deserves a separate five stars. The breakfasts are monotonous, but there are always cheeses, vegetables and different types of cooked eggs, but there are no scrambled eggs. And, probably, all the disadvantages can be forgiven to this hotel for the stunning view from the window!
The location of the hotel is strategically right for visiting all the tourist places of the city and non-tourist ones too. There is a subway nearby. The hotel provides a free transfer to the Kite beach (by the way, I liked it the most).
The hotel is good for its price.
