A beautiful house, excellent apartments and equipment, although it is possible that everything is so cool inside the apartment thanks to the person I rented it from. We lived in the house for 3 days and during this time we faced the following problems:
1. Due to the fact that the light flashed, all the elevators stopped and it happened on Sunday. There is no emergency service from the word at all and how to provide a house of 30 floors is generally unclear. I contacted the reception and was told to wait. As a result, an hour and a half later, one of the administrators arrived and, talking on the phone with someone, still realized which levers to press, restart the elevators and everything worked.
2. Garbage is rarely removed from the territory and in addition to containers, everything around them is pelted with garbage, of course flies and stink.
3. The next day after the elevators, the water was turned off first, and then the light. The benefit is only for 2.5 hours.
Summing up, I can say that Georgia has learned to build beautifully and not expensively, but the level of service, quality and approach still need to be improved.

The house is new, everything is in fresh condition,there is a free swimming pool in the yard, there is a gym under the house, good location, first line from the sea. There is a beautiful new park nearby, surrounded by green flowers, trees and beautiful views.. you can walk in 7... 8 minutes to the beach - where you can see how planes land at Batumi airport😍

Cozy apartments, the sea is a two-minute walk away, near a shopping center , a Casino , a beautiful promenade, many different restaurants, in Batumi Yandex taxi is much cheaper than in Moscow
