In general, the hotel justifies its small number of stars. I didn't have high expectations. But I was very upset by the lack of a hair dryer, which is mandatory according to the description of the room. As well as the lack of an iron in the hotel. They found both for me early in the morning (they took them from a nearby hotel). But I was pretty nervous, because the trip was business and I wanted to be at the meeting, even if my clothes were not pressed, but at least with my hair dry. It's good that the story ended well and the hotel employee found a way out. But the zeal of the hotel employee showed only after my persistence.
