Among the advantages: the location of the hotel and good breakfasts. Cons: it's dirty
in the lobby in the waiting area, the soft cushions on the sofas are all stained, it's impossible to "catch" clean beach towels on the floor - they haven't been brought from the laundry yet (and this is at 8 a.m., whereas in Vietnam the start of the working day is at 7 a.m.), then they everything is already sorted out at 11 o'clock in the afternoon. The absence of a normal wardrobe in the standard room is in fact only a hanger with hangers (6 pieces for two). There is nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom - there are only two hooks, you can hang either a bath towel or a bathrobe on them, there is nothing to hang hand towels on. And the most important problem is the lack of an opportunity to dry the swimsuit. There's just nothing to hang it on to dry it out. And this is at a beach hotel. The hotel does not pull in 4 stars. It was the fourth time we were in Vietnam, we lived in both "fours" and "threes", there is something to compare, unfortunately, this hotel turned out to be the worst of all where it was before.
The staff is pleasant, the girl at the reception even knows Russian. Cleaning every day, breakfasts are varied and delicious. A very good gym with air conditioning, all the simulators are intact and working. The location is very convenient, close to the sea, next to the treasures of Angkor there is a favorable dollar exchange rate, as well as a laundry, fruits, cafes and the most delicious Korean smoothie and avocado ice cream. I will definitely return to this hotel more than once
The hotel is not a 4-star hotel, a solid three. The room is not very comfortable for three people. It's cramped. There are no balconies, the breakfasts are meager, the same thing every day, and there is little fruit. They gave us a ticket to the Spa, they came to visit, and the saunas and steam rooms do not work in the women's department. The only plus, I liked the massage with hot stones. That's what I recommend if you find yourself there.
