A chain hotel.
In the center of Yerevan (in an alley off the pedestrian street).
The standard room is very compact (in other words, small in size!). If you live together - I can't imagine how to "disperse" - there is only a narrow passage around the bed ...
But at the same time it is clean, the furniture is in good condition.
Don't expect one-time toiletries. In the bathroom there are dispensers with liquid soap and shampoo gel (in one bottle). If anyone is ready to use it ...
there are slippers in the room (they are bad, but there are).
The breakfasts are great!!!! a wide range (as for such a hotel) and delicious!
You can also have lunch there (buffet).
In general, if you don't get hung up on the room itself, or rather its size (you can't spend time in the room in Yerevan!!!!), then the impression of the hotel is pleasant!
The location itself, cleanliness, staff, kitchen - OK!!!

A comfortable bathroom, a spacious shower cabin, 4 large towels, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer. There is a refrigerator and a safe in the room. The mattress is very comfortable, the bed linen is snow-white. In general, everything you need is in the room. The staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much! A small minus is sooo difficult to adjust the temperature of the water in the shower, normal for a minute, then boiling water, or maybe icy ... the problem is probably systemic, we lived in three rooms on the 5th floor - a common problem

Overall, the hotel is not bad, but compared to previous visits, there is a noticeable tendency to aggressive savings. The room is pretty much used and has not been repaired for a long time. Even the individual hand towels have disappeared. At the same time, the rooms, bed linen and towels are clean and in good condition.
The air conditioner was turned off for cooling and worked only in ventilation mode, which made the room hot and uncomfortable. The window did not open normally, as it was locked, probably for security reasons.
The cost seemed excessive and did not correspond to the services provided .

Останавливаемся в данном отеле второй раз. Отличное месторасположение. Центр, все достопремичательности в шаговой доступности. В номерах очень тихо, не важно куда выходят окна. Номер стандарт не большой в размере, но нам не особо это важно было. Мебель такая же как во всей линейке отлелей Ибис, ни чем не отличается. Брали завтраки по причине того что встаем утром рано, а они с 6.30 до 10.00. Завтраки приятные, стандартное меню плюс сезонные фрукты, три вида орехов, бастурма, варенье из роз тоже было. Приятно. Если завтраки проспите не расстраивайтесь рядом отличное кафе DOC с отличными завтраками. Да и Ереван <вкусный> город голодным тут точно не останешься. Уборка номера на отлично, очень приятный , приветливый персонал. Персоналу прям отдельное спасибо.
Но были с мужем не много удивлены, т.к. были в разных городах и странах данной линейки отелей Ибис. Почему то в этом отеле не пополняется запас воды и выдается только одно полотенце на человека. Я понимаю , что 3* , но два полотенца должно быть. Спасибо , что тапочки были. В остальном всё норм. Принимают карты МИР без проблем.

Прекрасное месторасположение, все близлежащие достопримечательности в пешей доступности.
Персонал вежливый, быстрый, без нареканий.
Номера чистые, удобные, всё необходимое есть. Тихо, звукоизоляция отличная.
Завтраки прекрасные, особенно полюбился скрэмбл (именно такой, каким он и должен быть, не пересушен), сосиски на завтрак тоже отличные, не "бумажные"

Сам номер мне очень понравился, все красиво и чисто, уборка помещения тоже производилась без проблем. Однако на другой этаж кроме своего спуститься нельзя, а мне иногда нужно было пересечься со знакомыми чтобы что-то передать. Также при выезде с отеля все администраторы куда-то пропали и пока сам лично не пошел и не позвал одного из них - не пришли. Радует расположение ресторана со шведским столом на втором этаже, но там не был так как немного дороговато. В общем: отель понравился, скорее всего приеду снова)

We are staying at this hotel not for the first time, very convenient location, beautiful well-groomed rooms. I put three stars because of the deterioration in the provision of services by the hotel, as well as because of the unprofessional behavior of the employee of Son, I'm not even shy to say boorish behavior, then I will describe the whole story.
On October 05, I issued the service "Meeting a guest at the airport", I was assured that they would "ironically" meet the guest (my mother), even in case of a delay in arrival due to the fault of the airline, the driver tracks the flight and knows when to arrive, he will be on the spot at the right time with a sign. Day x comes, I woke up in the morning and saw an audio message from my mom that she didn't see anyone with a sign, asked around the airport staff, who reported that they didn't see anyone with a sign, and the next message 10 minutes later that she took a taxi and was going to the hotel because she didn't find anyone. Then I called the reception and quarreled about the fact that no one met the guest, to which they replied that the driver was somewhere there, let's call him, but I notified him that it was too late. As a result of the conversation, I asked if this service was considered rendered, to which I was answered no, and we agreed that the money would be refunded. After a while, I went down to the reception and decided to clarify the status of my problem in person, I was assured that the money would be refunded, but with a small reservation: "After checking out of the hotel." I didn't pay much attention to this and went about my business. Now to the final story, because of which I was at a loss about the "mess" and "rudeness" on the part of the employee of Son. In the evening, I went to the recess and heard from an employee of Siranush (thank her very much for her patience and professionalism) that it turns out the money will not be refunded, allegedly the driver came, so we don't know anything, for all my words, that we could call her on WhatsApp instead of mobile, if let's say it was not available (although as a result, they could not show me that the driver really called). We argued for a long time, another employee of Son entered the case, who for some reason felt it necessary to say that these were their friends, they would not lie, and then showed a photo with a sign with the guest's full name, but for some reason without the driver himself with the time 08:20, they say, look, we are not lying, but to me my mom wrote at 08:10 that there was no one, I voiced it to Sonya, but I heard some kind of unreasonable answer. We argued for a long time, for some reason Sona pointedly brought a security guard to the reception, then she answered boorishly and asked us to be quiet when other guests came, in the end she answered my affirmative answers "Yes, yes, of course, you're right, yeah." For all the time of my communication with Siranush, she tried to "get into" the conversation, which only distracted both us and her. If this review is read by the administration or a senior manager, we kindly ask you to take measures and hold a conversation with Sonya, perhaps you need advanced training courses in communicating with clients. Хороший отель. Расположение супер, в самом центре, в 20 метрах пешеходная улица с магазинами, бутиками и кафе. Приветливый персонал, готовый помочь в любых вопросах. Лаунж зона с кафе, на 3-м этаже ресторан, утром шведский стол. Рядом с отелем огромное количество кафе на любой вкус.
Номера в отеле стандартные, все необходимое есть.
