Ice City is an ice-themed entertainment complex in Tashkent.
Advantages:It offers the opportunity to skate on an ice rink.
A great place for family recreation.
It has a modern and convenient location.
The ice rink meets international standards.
Activities are suitable for people of all ages.
The atmosphere is fantastic, making it a fun place to spend time.
Disadvantages:It can get crowded during the winter season. It's mainly focused on winter activities, so fewer events are held in the summer.
Staff:The staff is helpful and friendly.
They provide instructions for skating and other activities.
Sometimes, during busy times, service may be a bit slow.
Overall, I liked spending time there. Decorations were gorgeous. But I think Frozen lake part needs some improvements like cleaning changing room + ice skates
There are sooo many people in the afternoon, we have to go in the morning.
It's a great idea! There are few dolphins on the rink, and there are broken skates.
It's great to go with children of different ages, closer to adolescence, we really liked it. It's better to go to the Wrong place to eat, because it's nearby
The ice is good, it's convenient to skate, everything is clean and tidy on the rink itself, but there aren't enough skates, you have to wait until a person comes and gives you their rent. The staff is so-so.
The rink itself is good. As for the service, I would say that everything is terrible and very sad! There are not enough skates, the girl and I waited for 30 minutes until the skates of the right size were available. There are a lot of people and two guys working who can't handle the influx of people at all. We got some broken skates, it feels like they haven't been changed or repaired since the opening. No one keeps things clean, dirty socks and skate containers are everywhere. (Customer orientation 0, organization 0) The delivery of clothes is also very poorly organized, there is one girl who can not cope with the number of people who gave jackets, we stood for 5 minutes waiting to just take a jacket, while we were still standing, the cleaner super rudely asked to move away so that she could wipe the floors. There are still a lot of minuses and shortcomings. I think it would just take a lot of resources to set up an employee's work system and upgrade old or broken inventory to a new one. I would like to come to the rink again, but imagining what kind of trials I have to go through just to ride, the desire disappears completely. 💩
my daughter loves this place very much, it's a great entertainment place, everything is cool for children and adults, of course, the prices are a little too much in some places, but everything is very good there
In general, Ice City is a great place for a family vacation and active pastime, especially for those who want to plunge into the winter atmosphere, regardless of the time of year.
It's not a bad skating rink, there's a lot to see. It's beautiful, but it's too noisy on weekends, there are a lot of people and long queues. Quests and 5D are disgusting, and they charge too much for it.
It's a great place for kids, and there are plenty of photo locations. There is a room for mom and baby, it's cool inside, you need to get dressed warmer. The prices are acceptable, the children liked it
We went with the children to the dinosaur room, I paid 30 thousand at the entrance, I thought it was to see and it was just to go in. Then 50 thousand for the room , then they didn 't have change and they didn 't say that it would also be paid, they sent me to look at the wax heroes, the room is 2x2 5 figures and that too it costs 50 thousand😭🤦🏻♀️We went out, I asked for the change, and they told me what the change was, this room was also 50k. I was shocked that you have to pay for such a thing! It's just some kind of madhouse, we came out of there in a terrible mood. I don't mind spending money on children, it's just that I had to pay for air for such a space. It's amazing.
It's a great place, but it's better to come in the summer to get high from lemon tea, well, ice skating and other attractions, but be careful with the attractions in the village is a cool place
I liked the place normally, it's better to pay via "pay me" so it's more convenient than standing in line. Dress warmly, but there are a lot of people in the rink
The entertainment center is generally good: the skating rink is excellent, the attractions are excellent. But the impression was ruined by the staff — inexperienced employees who interfere in their own business and violate the personal boundaries of visitors. I came across this myself, which left an unpleasant aftertaste. If it weren't for this moment, the place would have been perfect for a vacation.
We arrived on a weekday evening, 16.01.2025. there are not so many people. We only rode on the ice rink, we really enjoyed it, we rode on the round donut rink. The ice is very slippery and rolled out. The price for 30 minutes is 40 thousand. Plus, you need a card for each visitor, its cost is 10 thousand. The ice rink is in the basement, the phone didn't pick up.
The staff is normal, the equipment is terrible, the skates are barely standing, there is always a queue, and the ice is already turning into water in the evening. The rides are good in principle, but expensive. It's not perfectly clean, but it's not completely dirty either, there are questionable people standing near the entrance and offering to complete the quest for money
Great, I liked it, there are rooms, there was something else, it's good to spend leisure time with children. It's fun to go out and cool off in the summer
It's a great time to relax, to spend the weekend with friends or even alone, but there's one thing, but the last time I was there, they wouldn't let me inside, saying they'd close soon, even though it was still an hour before closing.
One of my children's favorite entertainment places. Good skating rinks, slides, relatively clean. However, recently they have started to deteriorate a little, there are not always jackets and blankets. There are not enough guys on some rides . They run between the rides. And I would also restore activity, training runs from the slope, skiing and snowboarding. The son wanted to learn, but they said there was no coach and there would not be.
I really liked the skating rink. Cards are being sold. We dropped the money on 1 card. We thought that several people would use one card. Because the card cost 10,000. It was impossible to transfer money to another card. Money is made on these cards.
We need to make a QR card payment to enter. Think about how a visitor can pay for online card replenishment in a basement room where there is no network. It is impossible to make an information board about Viking sheep much more than 35 kg. And parents want to go there with their children. They say at the checkout that 60 kg is allowed
There is a quest on the territory of Ice City. Don't go for anything! At first, they offered to try to find the key for free. Then they said it was free, but if we wanted more, we would pay money. We agreed to try it, and we were led into a room. Then they closed the door and left us. We decided to check again that it was free and waited for it to be opened to us. We were confirmed and we went. Not finding the keys, we left the quest, but they started DEMANDING money from us. 50k per person. We were not allowed to leave the room, and adult men stood at the exit, blocking the passage. We were told that until we paid, we would not be released from there. As a result, after SWEARING and THREATS, we had to give the money back, and we were released. I demand the intervention of the organs!
Everything would be fine, but inside there are such things as a house of fear, a car with D7 effects, and SO on. where payment must be made in cash, despite the fact that checks are not issued, and in the panic room you can bargain cheaper🤣
The slides are very small. In my opinion, there are dangerous turns. People almost turn over on a bun at the turn. It's scary to look at. You can skate, but even then it's soft. I wouldn't go there anymore, I wasn't impressed.
Ice City in Tashkent is a wonderful place for ice skating lovers. The ice arena is well equipped and has a great atmosphere. The staff here is polite and responsive. In general, Ice City is a great choice for entertainment in Tashkent.
It's a little expensive for me, why do they sell 10,000 cards for each person before entering if you need to pay before the auction, because for a full family you need to put 500,000 soums there and it won 't take long
It's a great place. But the photographers who print your not-so-great photos and want to force them to be bought back, the touts in the fear room/vr and so on spoil the whole impression.
