A place to relax... Well, such a thing. Karaoke "Euphoria" is a popular place in this palace. There is a billiards table with a bar, a pleasant atmosphere, they are treated like family. Regular customers can arrange a discount. Tennis is for amateurs. And for the rest, it requires a master's hand. There are a lot of flaws.

It's cool there's karate, gymnastics, acrobatics, popcorn, cotton candy, and ice cream. Circuses often come near it, it's a very cool place.

The organization of mass skating is ABHORRENT.
The website says that the ticket office is open from 13:00, but in fact, it says on the door that it starts at 16:00. There is no information on the website about the availability of tickets. It is not possible to book or redeem a ticket on the website. How's that, guys??? The 21st century is in the yard. To buy a ticket, you need to stand in a kilometer-long queue in front of the palace. And you'll only buy a ticket for skating the next day. How is that even possible???? In order to ride and spend an active weekend, you need to come twice... SHAME on the administration and their superiors. I understand weekends, holidays, but you are a service industry. And the service is provided DISGUSTINGLY.
There is a man with a disgruntled and angry face at the checkout, and after meeting him, the desire to visit this institution disappears. The terminal at the checkout is not working. If you stand in line, if you don't have any cash with you, then consider it a gift.
They're rude when handing out skates. The skates are giving out - WET. And this is despite the fact that we came for the first skating on this day.
It would be possible to give -5 stars. I would definitely do that.

Everything used to be fine until the end of 24 years, the issue of skates was terrible. We arrived in 30 minutes. The skating session started at 18:40, but the queue did not move. The session began and we stood in one place and stayed only 10 minutes later. We went on the ice.

For me, one is ice skating!)
Sessions are held. Their prices are more than affordable. If you don't come with your skates, then you can rent rental skates and quite a lot for yourself (although sometimes you come across non-sharpened skates).
One "minus" (for me as a layman)
There have been fewer mass skating sessions lately.
And there are few of them because the arena is loaded with hockey matches and training of athletes (for whom this is an absolute "PLUS")

I attended the RB Figure Skating Championship. The fact that there will be competitions was reported from Moscow. This is a minus for the organizers, the city department of sports and tourism. How is it???? There are such competitions in the city and there is no advertising, information! It's unforgivable!!!

I was in a bowling alley, only 2 lanes and pins, then normally 10 pieces fall out, then 3, then 7, counts as if all the pins were sold, although 7 initially appeared on the track and 7 were shot down,,, requires repair, however, very polite, smiling staff, you can always contact them on any question, a varied menu.

I will not say about the entire ice palace, but from the parking lot, where the tennis tables were very much liked by coffee, ice cream and various sweets, according to the seller, Spanish.
