I would like to respond to the feedback below from Dimitri Elizarov and stand up for the instructor's girlfriend. I personally witnessed this situation. The girl was teaching a class with a little girl about three or four years old. And this excuse me buffalo flew right into her legs from behind. This is terrible! The little one hit her head. The girl also almost did a somersault in the air. I clutched at my heart like a mother from what I saw! This culprit of the "celebration", instead of helping to get up and apologize, got up and drove on! The instructor really talked rudely to him, but I didn't hear a single mat from her. And the review from Mr. Elizarov is nothing more than a childish insult. The guys are very young. I also want to mention the ice palace is a great place to spend time with your family. The skates are good for rent. The staff is kind and helpful. The instructors are great, they help you get up if someone has fallen. They are always polite. The ice is cut up in places, but not critically. So I recommend it to everyone.
My feet are broken and worn out after rolling skates (bruises and abrasions on the upper edge of plastic boots have not gone away for a week).
The ice is all pitted and pitted. It's hard to ride. There weren't a lot of people on January 2, which made me happy. Pros: it's raining and strong wind outside (02.01.2025), it's cool and not blowing on the closed rink.
We confused people with storage cells and packages: at the skate rental, we ask for a package, and they offer to pay for a storage cell. Things can be put in the wardrobe (coats, shoes, bags and bags with a change of clothes), but they need their own packages, which we did not have in sufficient quantity. They asked the box office to sell us a package. And we weren't the only ones like that. We were sent to the cashier and sold a service: a cell in the storage room, which was loaded with 1 package per 1 cell. Since we needed 3 packages, it turned out that we paid for 3 cells, and used two. It turned out the same way while we were changing shoes with several other people. Maybe it's time to introduce the sale of packages separately from the cells and to give out to one cell the number of packages for packing things that the client needs?
We arrived an hour before the session, there was no queue. There were already crowds at the ticket office 30 to 40 minutes before the start of the session.
The place itself is just terrible, it's very cold, not like it's on Nemiga (it's warmer outside), a terrible song that drives you crazy, just unbearably uncomfortable, old, not sharpened, flat, sweaty, dirty skates, they overestimate the price very much, angry and disrespectful staff who are rude, obscene for minor children. There was a case when I went skating here with my friends, a friend accidentally fell and crashed into the instructor, apologized, and she drove up to him and started swearing, quoting the words:(if you don't know how to skate, don't go to the rink (the person came to the rink for the second time), leave the rink or I will call the administrator only in a rude way with mats and a rude tone. I called the administrator and my friend started apologizing, but they were not up to it (as it says in the rules), even the woman stood up for him and said that he really accidentally fell, but they didn't care.
In general, he was kicked out, and my friends and I left with him because of the principles. I don't advise anyone to come there in principle.
