There is a good ice arena, the facade is beautiful, the interior is cozy. There is a hockey shop inside and a small buffet. It is cool in the stands themselves, the palace is cool (from experience, only in Brest it is colder). The locker rooms are small, and this is a very big minus, and the color combination (the grandstand seats) is not the best. The ice directly on the field is good. I am very glad that mass skating is exactly an hour, at a price cheaper than in other arenas, it is a good idea to change shoes in the lobby, since there is a lot of space. I advise everyone, I think some people will really like it.
My feet are broken and worn out after rolling skates (bruises and abrasions on the upper edge of plastic boots have not gone away for a week).
The ice is all pitted and pitted. It's hard to ride. There weren't a lot of people on January 2, which made me happy. Pros: it's raining and strong wind outside (02.01.2025), it's cool and not blowing on the closed rink.
We confused people with storage cells and packages: at the skate rental, we ask for a package, and they offer to pay for a storage cell. Things can be put in the wardrobe (coats, shoes, bags and bags with a change of clothes), but they need their own packages, which we did not have in sufficient quantity. They asked the box office to sell us a package. And we weren't the only ones like that. We were sent to the cashier and sold a service: a cell in the storage room, which was loaded with 1 package per 1 cell. Since we needed 3 packages, it turned out that we paid for 3 cells, and used two. It turned out the same way while we were changing shoes with several other people. Maybe it's time to introduce the sale of packages separately from the cells and to give out to one cell the number of packages for packing things that the client needs?
We arrived an hour before the session, there was no queue. There were already crowds at the ticket office 30 to 40 minutes before the start of the session.
I want to leave a review on instructor Vladislav. I studied with my daughter last night, and she really enjoyed it. I advise everyone, he is a true professional in his field, he conducted a very exciting and useful lesson. I recommend it to everyone!!
We bought tickets online in the hope that we would not stand in line. But that was not the case :)
We visited on Sunday.
There is a huge queue for the rental skates, we arrived 25 minutes before the session. We were late, of course, for the session.
The ice is uneven, there are a lot of people. In order to pass the skates without waiting in line, you also need to go out earlier. We did not enjoy skiing, we will not go to this skating rink anymore.
I like the arena, there are restrictions on the opening hours. Many residents of Stalitsa work until 18:00 and it is very difficult to get there on a weekday, since there is only one session for skiing. But the most interesting thing is on Saturday and Sunday, when the sessions end just as early. It is not possible to park the car, as you need a ticket. There are few drawers for things. There are many dead skates that don't sharpen.
It's terrible when there are no insoles in skates, but they prove to you that this is the case in all, and when they take the first pair, it turns out that there are insoles there. And the next pair has insoles.
Otherwise, it's fine, but I wanted more comfort.
Instructor Vladislav is just a wonderful person. As soon as I fell, I immediately drove up, found out, and managed well. It's nice that they react quickly, because there is no reaction at all to what happened at other rinks.
The rink is wonderful, but the service leaves much to be desired. We wanted to spend a quiet evening skating on the ice, but instead we were worried all the time that we would fall and our fingers would be cut off, because at the same time athletes who skated very fast were engaged with us at the rink.
My son plays hockey, many coaches say that this is the best ice in the city. The locker rooms for the teams are small, there are difficulties with ventilation and it is stuffy when there are a lot of guys, but it is too cold in the lobby and in the arena itself, according to the cafe employee, nothing has changed for a long time. The seats are plastic, the guns blow from above very much: the audience needs to dress very warmly, in this regard, it is much more comfortable in the Olympic Arena. There are always a lot of people at mass skating and recreation evenings (age segment). A good eternally empty gym, and very inexpensive, just not advertised)). Parking is paid. A good hockey equipment store with competent consultants. Although everything in the building is old, it is clean and tidy.
Positive: beautiful, cheap, good ice.
Minus: a huge queue for rental and subsequent delivery of skates. We need to arrive in advance. It would be possible to open several windows for this service.
A very old and outdated palace. I don't see any point in coming here for tennis. I was here on November 29, 4.5 and December 30 last year. Honestly, the staff is average. I give 1 star only because of the polite usher and some good staff at the center.
The coldest place in Minsk. The cold is everywhere, meets at the entrance. The cold in the ice arena is normal. The damp piercing cold in the foyer is abnormal. This foyer also serves as a locker room for athletes. Once again: there are no locker rooms for athletes, athletes change clothes immediately outside the entrance doors in the lobby on benches. The lighting is poor. Personal drawers for storing personal belongings are present, but inaccessible - they are closed and devoid of keys. The cold is grave. Toilets are holes in the floor, like "squatted down". The center of Minsk, the Ice Palace. Ice for skaters is of poor quality, they stumble and fall. When they fall, the clothes and gloves are wet. That is, they fall into the water, into the water on the ice. The cafe is present in the form of a buffet. There are sweet bars and coffee on sale, which you no longer want. Super-icon style lighting. The plastic panels around the perimeter of the rink are opaque due to complete tubbing - no one knows how old they are. I can't say anything good about the ICE PALACE.
We went ice skating, everything is cool. About a ruble - and you will have lockers for storage (if you are very afraid for the safety of things). On "maybe" - it is better not to go, because there is a special time for skiing. The ice is normal, there are not too many people.
I broke my knees🤪
First aid was provided! A doctor was called and everything was treated on the spot. Just first class, thank you very much (:
Great leisure
There are no tickets on sale an hour before the session (at 18.30), at 20.30 tickets were already sold out closer to 18.00, in general - ABOUT NOTHING!!! We just lost time, I'm afraid to imagine how many people are on the ice. In general, I do not advise anyone. A huge dislike.
I go to the disco almost constantly....An awesome place for those over 30, 40, etc.... The music is normal, there is a bar, there are no inadequacies... However, when a person over 200 gathers, it gets stuffy)))) And so everything is fine!!!
the rink itself is not bad, but the attitude of employees towards money is disgusting. And the skates are not sharpened at all, the blades are just flat. paying 7 rubles for rent to get such disgusting skates is a terrible idea
We went to the Ice Palace for a rest evening. I really liked the atmosphere of coziness and comfort, good music, lots of tables, a bar, you can take tea, coffee, alcohol, there are sofas for those who did not have enough tables. There are a lot of people coming, but there is enough space for everyone. The ticket price is not high at all.
The music is disgusting and the prices are sky-high. You come on Saturday not to relax, but to spend money and worsen your mood. We go here because it is closer to home and there is no place else
I called yesterday and asked if I needed to make an appointment. The woman told me that there was a free queue after 17:00. Thank you for ruining the child's birthday
I skated, rented skates, generally good, sharpened, the only drawback is that the ticket office is in another place and in winter I have to walk across the street. There is a wardrobe and storage compartments, but if something does not fit, you can put it in the wardrobe.
Children's figure skating training...in this place. The coaches themselves are good, but the terms of the contract are something...If the child is ill, and there is a certificate, missed several workouts, then you will not be recalculated for the next month.Attention!Recalculation is done from the missed 8 days for a good reason!so, you pay for training sessions that the child didn't actually go to.And in general, children are simply taught to skate, skate, parents are not allowed to enter, and it will not be possible to see how children are engaged, only if in a paid room where children are poorly visible. There were no open classes for parents in 3 months, which the children learned during this time, too. There are no interesting programs or contests for children either. So before you give the child away, think about whether it's worth it, because the money for the month is also not small.
It's not expensive to take a coach, you can, the instructors are responsive, they help the little ones get up. The doctor is always there. The ice was sanded before the start of the session
One of the best skating rinks in Minsk. A good fill is a big plus. But the toilet is terrible, it stinks, there are no toilets (just a hole in the floor), kilograms of dust have gathered in the ventilation and worse. Just because of the toilets, 4 points.
Time-friendly mass skating sessions. We were back in March, I liked it, but we accidentally came to the light session - part of the rink is reserved for kids' classes, there was a little bit of space then. In general, everything is fine, the ice is relatively smooth, there is a wardrobe, skate rental, the price is quite reasonable.
The only downside is that there are always a lot of people. Otherwise, it is a favorite place for ice skating.

The worst ice rink in Minsk
While the Castle is under repair, we decided to visit this place. A fatal mistake.
Ice in ruts and potholes after hockey practice. Very cold.
But the main problem is the local juvenile delinquents. They don't let you pass, they sprinkle it with snow. The instructor at the rink does not react to them in any way.
On Sunday, I came with a guy, they began to cut me off. They responded to the remarks, surrounded by a crowd and began to threaten. The receptionist is busy watching the news in the lobby, as the sports institution does not have the money to buy a sports channel. The guards are inactive. I had to leave in the middle of the session.
Spoiled mood, lost time and money.
A good and large ice rink, a pleasant atmosphere, convenient location, adequate prices for both skating and skating itself, but there is a small minus... There are very few mass skating sessions and not a very convenient time. In one version, it turns out in the morning when you are at work, and in the other - after work there is a long interval before the first session
I've been skating for two years now. An excellent place for this activity, all conditions are created, skates are good for rent, and thanks to a small number of sessions, the ice remains in normal condition for a long time.
It 's a great place. Clean, neat. The seats are new and roomy. There are fast food outlets, skate rentals, air hockey, and a small sporting goods store.
The only negative is very cold(((
An excellent Soviet-style sports center, ice skating, there are sports sections, rest evenings for those who are not afraid of old age, the gym does not work on weekends.
Before going for a ride, it is better to call right away since the rink is often occupied by hockey players. The quality of the ice is not very good, it is a little loose. They are launched late and released in advance, as a result of 45 minutes minus 10 minutes. One plus is that the site itself is large and larger than in different shopping centers
