I used to go to another car wash on Prytytsky, everything is fine there, but it's not on the route for me. I decided to try the same "premium" service in the form of an Iceberg according to the recommendations of friends six months ago - they wash it efficiently. In fact, in short, I am not satisfied and will not go there anymore. Among the advantages: polite staff, clean and comfortable lounge, location, well, the windows were washed well. Of the disadvantages, the car was washed badly (I don't know what word to choose): the openings were not washed, the interior was not cleaned to cleanliness, the lint from the rags on the panel, the plastic at the bottom of the thresholds and the bumper were not touched at all. Yes, perhaps I am wrong in my visions, and I had to choose a range of services more expensive than 79p, but no one offered me anything more "high-quality"

I have been using this sink for a very long time, I used to be generally delighted, but the last couple of years the quality of the wax seemed to get a little worse (previously, the effect of rolling drops lasted longer), I thought it was an outdated paintwork, but after buying a new car, this feeling did not disappear. But these are mostly small things, because they wash well.
But today, after another visit to the car wash, when I was about to leave, I noticed a large longitudinal scratch on the windshield. I asked the administrator (Yuri, if I'm not mistaken) to see what could have scratched so badly, but instead of somehow smoothing out the unpleasant situation (after all, the scratch could really have appeared earlier, and I noticed it only on clean glass in the light of a lamp) or at least go check the rag that was washed or dried (suddenly a pebble got stuck on it or something else) or at least explain why this couldn't happen here, he started saying that I already had scratches all over the glass from the wipers and it was because of them (this scratch is outside the wiper area), then he actually grinned and said that I scratched it myself when I was cleaning the glass with a scraper (I never do that).
In general, on the one hand, I cannot unequivocally blame the employees of the car wash for this scratch, and it is difficult to find a better car wash in the district and I will most likely continue to travel here anyway, but on the other hand, such communication with the administrator leaves an extremely negative impression.
This attitude has manifested itself before (when I asked to tell you more about the different types of protective coatings that this sink offers, and in response I received the most dry response in the style of "boy, get out of here, don't interfere with work" or when I tried to draw attention to the fact that the quality of wax has become worse), but today's situation outraged the most.

They washed well, but they dried terribly, when they got home, I found a long and quite deep scratch on the side driver's window (I don't know how they managed to do it, quite possibly with a compressed air tube when they blew it), it was -16 frost outside, so I hoped that they would dry well, as a result, the mirror folded 5 times, and the handles The doors barely opened, I was afraid to break them!!!

It's tinny. There are no customers, they sit with the lights off and then manage to lose those who stopped by. I wanted to wash the car, vacuum cleaner light complex. He called:

I was nearby, I found it on Yandex. I was on a simple Renault Simbol. I'm going to turn on the lights. I ask how much the vacuum cleaner is on top with foam, the price tag called something about 70 rubles. This is more than 2000 rubles. (after I washed in another place for about 40) the price tag is horse. I say , why is it so expensive? I don't need wax, any nano coatings. He mumbled something about a vacuum cleaner, they only have 40p batteries. I say, thanks, I'll wash it somewhere else.

There's something going on with the card payment terminal. When I arrived at the car wash, I was informed that the card payment terminal was not working and only accepted cash, although this was not reported when I called 15 minutes ago. I decided to withdraw cash, bypassed 2 ATMs and could not withdraw it, since the card is old and such problems have happened before. I came back, the manager didn't offer any solution, like my problems. Another customer came up with a card and then the manager decided to do something, namely overload the card payment terminal. And lo and behold, after a "demostrative" mess with the terminal, it worked! I don't know why to do this, but it is clear that the level of service is falling and becoming an ordinary car wash. Don't set foot there anymore.

Excellent level of quality and service. Convenient location, comfortable room for customers, TV, coffee, free Wi-Fi, any form of payment, at the request of the client, free surface treatment inside the car with a special disinfectant, polite and professional staff. Each car undergoes final quality control before you are given the car, the administrators work 100%, the car is brought to perfection, nothing pours out of the mirrors, from nowhere. Prices are slightly above average, 2-3 rubles, but it's worth it. I recommend it!
