I handed over a Samsung TV for repair, they took a large amount of money for the work. A warranty card was issued for half a year. Not long after that, the same thing burned down again. I applied to call the master, but they don't think to go for two days already, and the dispatcher is rude that if I call, they will cancel the application. They can take money, but they don't do their job properly. Terrible staff, rude staff. Only money can be taken. I do not advise you to contact this company. It's just a waste of money and time.
