Неудобный пандус для колясок. С переломом ноги спускались на нижний этаж - пришлось прыгать по ступеням на 1 ноге, держать о перила. Было бы хорошо поставить лифт). В туалете нет мыла. Интерьер хороший, девушка на регистратура вежливая
