Employees give incorrect information and do not know who is responsible for what. A bank card was jammed in an ATM right 3 meters from the bank branch, no one can clearly tell what to do when to come and ask to come at another time. I was told 2 times the time to come and at the end of the result 0. Either they say come tomorrow, or they should have told me to come at another time.
As a result, they lost my card and just shrug their hands.
